Question: On the "Wi-Fi Setup" screen, the video itself did NOT show you selecting (with your fingers) one of the listed options. So did you select "Easy wireless connect"? ... or did you select a WPS, or one of the other options here?
Let me know...
Also what about installing cartridges for the Printer? Does it come with the cartridges already installed, or is that a step that is not shown here?

There are no cartridges in this printer, Use Easy wireless connect that will let you to go to lost of wifi networks, WPS option is good to just use connection from router. Hope it helps you.

Plz check if the ink is showing up inside the ink chanber in the ink pipes. Do print quality improvement. It should work.

WARNING: Canon has stopped caring about what the customer needs this $500.00 "DOES NOT" come with any software, Canon wants to control your printer even after you purchase it, you must go to their website to download the drive which is stupid and controlling. you most have a working router svcs. $100 per month with some Internet provider that means you must pay someone in order to use this trap Wi-Fi printer. Why does Canon needs to know who's using their printer and what router? Another way of tracing us your activities are no longer private. The law enforcement agencies like the FBI and others make deals with social media to get access to catch the bad guys. You can't print to the printer with only your cellphone you need Wi-Fi router svcs. Waste of my money $500.00 yes, I will returning it to best buy the box doesn't say software not included you must come to us BIG DADDY CANON..
