I have the same LG Ref since last 3 years & its really good. I had got it from Reliance Digital. Convertible as a feature is not that useful & I don't think anyone will be changing the temperature settings of the refrigerator too often, so touch panel being inside the refrigerator is also not a con to me.

One (personal) user input on the honeycomb moisturizer covers: they're sturdy but not like toughened glass - we tend to forget that - so they may crack if overloaded - and finding a replacement after a few years becomes tough - happened to us twice, with two different fridges - not a criticism of any brand, just stating a "user fact."
