Looked to me like the chain guard and gear were smashing off the track and causing it to lose the chain off the rear ... especially with the gear being about as big as the guard itself ... I ran a floating hub for years and never had an issue with a chain coming off due to misalignment it was always from it hitting the track

Check the axel and everything that holds it plus tensioners.
Ding ding! It was a bent axle, which we find out just after this video….
Accutoe laser alignment. Set the toe and has adapter for chain alignment. Also Chain Drag-gone tensioner systems.

The sprocket could be slightly off to the side and the chain could be at an angle while he’s running or your gear could be possibly bent a little
Them floating rear hubs are junk throw it over the hill and get a good solid mount one I broke three of them
None of the fast guys I race with use the floaters
You can't run as much chain slack with a floating hub. We never used them on limiteds and opens but they are worth it on restricted juniors.
