It looks super. If I was going to be doing that many large projects I'd definitely buy a bigger pressure washer. Also a stronger stripper at least for spot application would have seemed like it could have worked. Just speculation as no way do I want to razorblade.
@@taddmcmichael9061 The higher psi pressure washer was eating up the concrete. That soy stripper is the best "green" floor stripper out there. I try to stay away from the highly chemical stuff. Most of the 2,200 sq ft came up quick but there were a couple hundred sq ft that were stubborn as hell!
I'll use between 350-400 sq.ft. for example: - With stripper, cleaners, stain and sealer around $800 - Just the DIY stain and sealer kit is $297 That soy gel stripper is pretty expensive! Luckily I only had to use it on about a third of the overall square footage of that project.
I was looking into those a while ago but couldn't find one that would work for what I would be using it for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
👌This is some quality work. Great Job! No shortcuts at all and I am sure this will outlast the competition. 👌
Thank you! I've kept in contact with the property owners and it's holding up well.
Does it cool the deck after doing this? My deck gets so hot in direct sunlight as it faces the west!
Only if you stain it a light color. Light colored stains don't look good on stamped concrete but all other concrete they look great!
Wow, looks beautiful .
Thank you!

What's an all-in material cost per square foot for that type of project?

Hook up with a mobile sandblaster … less elbow grease
