- So I was scrolling through YT looking see if this mashup had been done before, and then I see a short mashup by Avuilan. It only included the final choruses of both songs which is understandable considering there wasn't a good instrumental of BTL. I hope they don't mind that I made a full version of the mashup. Anyways enjoy my longest mash to date. :)

B. I find it odd that Nero and Vergil never expected relation to one another
I’m pretty sure Vergil did.
When Dante and Vergil fight, Dante says you took off your own sons arm for that, and Vergil says something to the equivalent that he doesn’t care about his son. Nero however barely ever knew about Vergil’s existence by the time he found out he was his son.
@@mikeclark7026 I hear that that line is a mistranslation. Apparently what he said in Japanese was something like "What are you talking about?" or something.
In the cutscene after the fight Vergil even asks "Nero is my son?" once he gets a moment to think about it.
@@madladdie7069 I think it still works as a mistranslation he brushes it off in the midst of battle and when he actually has a chance to pause he fully realizes
he saw nero hold a grudge against urizen for taking his arm for months and dante for calling him deadweight didn't suspect anything as if he hasn't had a grudge against the same man for years 😭 i guess intellect isn't the sparda brothers' strong suit

Funnily enough, they're both drawing power from their demon halves. They are doing similar things.
It's just that Vergil is suppressing his humanity as opposed to Nero embracing his demonic inheritance.
