Public Forum on RA 11573 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations

RA 11573 and its IRR were signed and issued in 2021. The law amended certain provisions of the Public Land Act (Commonwealth Act 141) and Property Registration Decree (Presidential Decree 1529) to simplify the requirements and to improve the processes in land titling.
The Public Forum aims to inform stakeholders on the provisions of the new law and its implementing rules and regulations, and provide a platform for discussion to address any issues or concerns.
This forum is jointly organized by the DENR- Land Management Bureau and Foundation for Economic Freedom.

Atty pwede po paexplain ang exemptions sa license to sell pd 957 or bp 220? Saka po atty pwede po paexplain pagkaiba ng administrative titling or judicial titling na dapat a and d count ng prescriptive period ang land upon filing of application po ba or commencement of possession. Pati ang residential free patent law at ancestral land ownership. Thank you

Hindi po malinaw kung kailangan po ba a and d na ang land upon filing of application or commencement of possession. Gray area po yun sa administrative titling and judicial titling requirements. Pano po iyon atty?

hi po tanong ko lng po ang lupa ng UP diliman po ba ay tunay na kanila? kasi po may grupo pong ngbebenta ng lupa ng UP diliman eto po ung kahabaan ng philcoa at ung gubat sa UP. may hawak silang legit TCT at nghahanap sila ng mgsponsor upang mabayaran ang penalty tax nto.. at katunayan ay nkahnap n sila ng sponsor at bibili ng lupa. para po mapaliwanagan at mapanagot ang mga gropung ito. sila po ay galing sa tiburcio clan. concerned citizen lng po

Tanong ko lang po. Kung ang lupa po ba ay pinagtalunan pa ang pagmamay Ari. At ito ay pinag uusapan sa CENRO. Ang CENRO po ba ay may kapangyarihan magdesisyon kung sino ang magmamay Ari ng pinagtatalunang lupa. O kung umabot man sa hindi nagkasundo ang ang magkabilang panig saang ahensya Ng gobyerno kami pwede lumapit. Maraming Salamat po sa mga sasagot.

Paano sir kung ang previous land owner ay na issuehan ng Decree title noong 1938 but hindi nila na receive ang title dahil nag ww2. Pinakunan kona sa LRA decree number at certification at nalaman na nasunog yung decree title.My question sir kung kailangan pabang ipa cancel ang decree title sa court?

Ang problema po ay yong mga Tao na.
