Dude the RNG gods where in your favor this run. I have never gotten my super shoty that early. Its always the last weapon I get. Minus one time when it was the second to last weapon that I got and the Plasma with the microwave beam being my last. Goes to show you that having a random role weapon set really helps or tanks your score.

@@schnoig_ there is a community made file called XINPUT1.dll which gives access to commands like noclip and stuff like that. Its used mainly for modding, but it also unlocks those commands I believe
@@schnoig_ if you have mods that might affect gameplay enabled then modinjector disables battlemode and makes you submit a score of 0 if you choose to play horde mode

This is no doubt a totally rookie question, but how do you get such incredibly fast movement speed ? Is a mod involved in that ? It’s clearly a big advantage. If that’s a secret, my apologies for a dumb question… Amazing play, btw…
@Owen Martin I dont use any gameplay changing mods. Maybe the reason why it looks like I go faster is because perhaps I use higher FOV than you, which makes everything look faster
I think you may be referring to bhopping, which involves using a jump input as soon as you hit the ground to gain extra speed, because the game thinks you're still in the air
My current best is 359,950 on Xbox (Nm difficulty) I'm happy they finally lowered the score requirements for slayer tier . On console 335k is slayer tier so I have multiple slayer tier finished 🤣. What was slayer tier lowered to on PC?
I'm only at 300k with a pretty sub optimal run, was thinking I could push it up to 330-340 ish but i'm also wondering how on earth to get to 400k. I'm wondering if there's something i'm missing or don't understand about combat score or if there's other hidden bonuses etc. I was also thinking of testing to see if it's worth actually using BFG to extend multipliers but gaining 50k from that to make it worth it seems like a tall order.
Right now the BFG is glitched, where as long as you have 1 ammo count remaining for the BFG at the end of the run it will still give you the 50k bonus. Truth be told I'm at 335k for PlayStation on NM and I know I can jump it to 350k( 360 if I use that glitch) but I really have zero clue on how to hit 400k and I'm not even sure it's possible at this point. If guys like Toyota aren't hitting 400k then I truly doubt anyone on console will.

I can only assume they've playtested this and know 400k is possible which is why i think there's something we're missing. With how much effort they've put into all the content they've put in the game i can't imagine they'd release horde mode with a random point goal and hope 'players just get there', it's possible that is the case but i'd be surprised.

@@VergilMustDie666 in the current state of horde if you have any bfg shots they’ll count the same so it doesn’t matter if you end up with 1 or 2 of them so you can abuse the bfg. If an arena has 2 multiplayers you can pick up the first one use it and once it’s close to end pick up the next one immediately it recharges your first one and now you have a double multiplayer and you’ve also just used a normal multiplayer. And probably others that I don’t know about. I personally don’t know anything about horde since I barely played because of the weapon wheel but I know of the most used exploits

@Folloltraut it doesn't, the game only checks if you used BFG or not for extra points
