There are many possibilities to interpret the Nightmare arc. I personally see it as a commentary on the Korean music business, based on the girls' experience as Minx, but that can be wrong of course.

Here are some directions you can go in your Dreamcatcher Journey: - Full album: to get a better understanding on how diverse DCs discographie is genre-wise check out their "Dystopia: Tree of Language" album - Live performances: For example "Wind blows" on the "it's Live" channel. It's with a live band! - Introduction guide/Doku: "Dogding disbandment and other extrem sports" by mera is a very solid video about the history of Dreamcatcher if you are interested in that. - Non rock B-Sides: I know you already reacted to Red Sun and didn't like it that much. But maybe give it another shot. Maybe by knowing that there will be no rock you can enjoy it more :). Great songs are "Silent Night", "In the Frozen", "Black or White" or "Whistle"
actually the nightmare series is a series of albums so the songs aren't in the same album. most of their albums are mini-albums and contain songs across all genres. all the songs you listened to in the nightmare series is just the album title tracks. honestly I prefer a lot of dreamcatcher's b-sides because many of them are more original and experimental. dreamcatcher's korean songs try to cater more to the 'mainstream' pop crowd so it mixes in a lot of hiphop/edm etc. their japanese songs are in general more pure rock at least in instrumentation. I'm sure everyone has mentioned it already knowing you are a rock enthusiast, next song you check out should be 'endless night' \:D/

piri means pipe. it means when you're in sorrow then you play the pipe.
