Umm, I might have discovered a slight bug that using any type of rank gates will sometimes opens but teleports immediately fail for nothing. Be cautious. You might lose a higher rank gate because of this glitch.

The butterfly passive does 0.15 to 0.35 time multiply better then secret time passive I checked it
From what I have seen the necklace is the best relic (only tested commons and the necklace is better by a long way)
Did you try half of jade necklace and half of leader's hat?
enchanting fairy passive gives luck and time around 1.25 and time +.1
