3:32 I can see why you married her lol
lol ain't that right
Infact @HitTheFloor17 it's alright!
Damn that was hot. Kinda shit my wife says. Brewstew got a baddie that’s for sure
@POVRespawn ayo chill😂
I would like to see a video on how he first met his wife and dated her. Unless I missed that video.
Tylers wife instantly wanting to play bloody knuckles with him is amazing 😂
And her adding that she wasn't a pussy is probably the exact reason he married her!
Yeah man, she's no pussy.
Best wife material is a bestfriend!
And the fact that she said "I'm not a pussy!" is even more awesome
They really are perfect for each other 👍
Fun fact: Book It! was conceived in 1984 during a dinner with Art Gunther, President of Pizza Hut, and Bud Gates, SVP of Marketing at Pizza Hut, as a way to help Gunther's son read more
Unironically, the kid stories are always my favourites, so I wouldn’t be mad if we had more episodes of this.
Kids do stupid things, and it is funny to examine how stupid you were when looking back at it as an adult!
2:15 "one nation on god"😭
I will take this as Tyler watches and knows TikTok brainrot
Invisible, with liver teeth and mustaches for all
IN-V-VISIBLE 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥
@Ryanzba And he's from ohio
I litterly almost died laughing from it it's so stupid 🤣
I work at Pizzahut at the moment and this at 6:00 is literally me. Same hair same name same beard 😂
Aw hell yeah! New cartoon!
Hell ye
I was starting to think he forgot about us.
Look another member
@bindead 👋🏻
Fuck yes! And happily enough, he finally made my character! Freaking stoked!
4:04 I’ll always swear you have a medical encyclopedia next to you when you make these 😂
yeah I had to look up what that means
I cannot believe you brought back that memory of the book it program
My son's school still does the pizza book-it club. Very common in New Zealand, however despite having Pizza Hut here, the schools choose to go with an NZ chain of pizza restaurants called Hell's Pizza.
"Wow you read 5 books, you get to go to Hell for a free pizza"
New Zealand sounds fuckin rad
Sounds awesome!
YEAAHHHHHHH
Hell's pizza is way better than pizza hut too!
Food service is hell.. so no lies detected 😂
Dude I’m 50 years old and I still have scars on the top of my hands from doing that eraser torture thing back in the early 80’s!!! We used to call it the “Sissy test”. We would let our friends rub that pink eraser on our hands until they drew blood.
I was a very stupid kid… I don’t know how I made it to this age honestly!
We did something with salt and ice in the 2010's that stuff messed you up too 😂😂😂
You guys are like 100 years old wtf
I've only heard of Indian burns in school -this video is my first time hearing about the eraser.
Omg me too! Left arm. White scars. 😂
Don't forget, "Two for flinching." 😂
I LOVED the Pizza Hut program with the personal pan pizza! It's one of the only things that would convince me to read. Those were the (almost) only times that my family, all together, went to Pizza Hut and ate at a table inside the restaurant, again, all together like a normal family.
Nice memory but very sad too...
Pretty sure that was the only reason I became a decent reader
Why read when you have ChatGPT to do it now 😿😝
Same here, I was a reading mfer, lost until I was in jail for a while and picked it back up. Alright jail!
Is that why he worked at Pizza Hut 🤯
3:27 "are you playing bloody knuckles by yourself" bros playing story mode
I call BS! Can’t wait for part 4.
I concur
Didn't Tyler say this was the last episode of the series
@ he did. But I think he will make another episode
@jiveedramnarase705yes
He totally is going to do more.
4:42 made me lol
I love loling
Honestly I don’t care if Brewster keeps talking about school in the 90s I’m just glad to see him still uploading
real
100% love he's videos.
@DJFOX_507 for real! 😂
Well, dude's name's Tyler, but agreed.
100% agree
6:10 Hashtag thank you bill clinton alright. Lmao
5:13 I struggle with reading. I can read a book, and have 0 idea what I just read because I was so focused on trying to read the words.
Your wife’s murderous tone popping out the min she saw bloody knuckles ❤😂
I'm over here crying because I remember these school jobs so much. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I used to love the classroom jobs. It excused you from certain things or gave you Xtra time to finish whatever the assignment was 😅 especially when I get picked to take something to the office or grade papers😂😂
tyler is the type of drunk uncle to tell these kinds of stories, i like it
I would 100% watch 10 more part of this. Makes me feel warm.
For I handed on to you as of first importance what I in turn had received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures, and that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers and sisters at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have died. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
1 Corinthians 15:3-7
@konrad1916
Not sure what version of scripture / bible you are using, but this is what the actual word of God says. It is similar but at the same time quite a bit different.
This is just one of the many reasons I prefer the KJV and is also why the Lord led me to it from my old corrupted version. Amen, and praise the Lord.
+
(1 Corinthians 15:3-7 > [3]-For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
[4]-And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
[5]-And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
[6]-After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
[7]-After that he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.)
0:15 oh dear god not Val Venis 💀💀💀
Get out of our company!
Choppa yo peepee
CHOPPY CHOPPY
I remember saying the pledge of allegiance in elementary school and the pizza hut book it program. What I remember the most was basically running to the cafeteria at lunch time because we all wanted to get our favorite spots to sit.
A 3 episode series within one month? You have truly blessed us this time! 😂❤
Love these stories. Grew up in Toledo and went to Longfellow. Brings back so many memories.
I literally spit out my beer when Michael got run over 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Crazy fact: The Pizza Hut Book program it still exists today.
I was about to look this up lol
NO WAY
Really? Kinda upset my school never had that then lol
Really? That's really cool
Another crazy fact: the Pizza Hut Book-It! program started in '84 so it's 41 years old this year. And I remember being in elementary when that started (wow, I'm old...). So it wasn't Clinton's idea. If anything, it would have been Reagan. Which... I guess I kinda believe. Back then, Ketchup was considered a "vegetable," with regards to the nutrition guidelines for school lunches. Handing out free pizza for reading books is rather on-brand.
1:45 bro some kids in my class don't even stand up 💀
I'm so sad the School in the 90s series is over. It was some of your funniest and for me, most relatable videos ever.
Man, I want to say this. I have been subscribed to your channel for YEARS. I truly always look forward to your videos. You bring back so much nostalgia and I just appreciate you. Thank you for giving us so much entertainment!
Well said. 👍
I remember when I was told goosebumps weren't real books and they didn't count! Lord forbid that I enjoy myself while reading!!!
I read so many books. Ate so much pizza. 🍕
What a time to be alive.
5:34 that was a good book. Love that series. ❤
Being the line leader held so much power in elementary school
5:05 it’s the fucking cheese mafia with their cheese caves and shit.
I did some digging and the Pizza Hut Book It Program was released in 1985 when Pizza Hut President, Arthur Gunther thought of a way to incentivize kids to try and read and earn something from it due to him struggling with his own sons reading struggles.
How well did the program work? I do seem skeptical that kids would pick the shortest books and rush through them. Then never touch a book until they really wanted pizza. Personally I feel like the best way to get kids to want to read is to get them hooked on a cool book series so that reading itself is the reward, instead of a chore.
The test program started in 84 in Texas, then it was 4 books
@sf-dn8rh Ah I was a year off thank you for that correction.
@thewhitewolf58 Personally with me the program had little effect on my reading. My mom made me read and I had undiagnosed autism. So if I didn't like the book I just couldn't comprehend it nor did I care. And yeah I would cheat and use books for kindergarteners or first graders to usually reach the end goal. But most of my reading was of Warrior Cats and Puppy Place. A fun fact I noticed with the problem in my school's computer system. That the system would after about half way through the school year they would wipe the books you read and already took the test for. So I would usually especially near the end of the school year to get the pizza hut coupons would just redo tests for books I already read. I would also do this when moving grades. As again our list was wiped half way through the school year and at the end of it. So I just kept taking the test for the same Warrior cat books over and over again. They never caught on and in fact I was given a special coupon for reading the most books in class in I think 3rd grade. When in reality my mom just taught me to exploit whatever I could to get any sort of upper hand in life.
@thewhitewolf58yeah, by what i've seen, this program makes reading a way to get a reward, instead of reading being the reward.
Bro I’m so glad he is telling stories like this I hope he makes more part to this series and the old cartoons one
I loved the choose your own adventure books. As an 8 year old, I felt like Peter in Family Guy. "I didn't take my hand off the page, see? SEE?!"
The death didn't count then. 😂
0:09 WHAT!? THE LAST!?😭😭😭
This pledge part is so accurate
The Pledge of Allegiance was more important to the start of the school day than the sun being in the fuckin sky
Brewstew kicks ass. These stories bring back so many memories of my childhood and school years
The paper passer outter. Love. It. Very formal & technical!
My fondest memory of grade school in the 80’a was me starting a food fight in a classroom. Teacher got the bright idea of 6th graders building gingerbread houses. I started tossing candy at other kids. Other kids threw more back. It escalated into frosting being slung and whip cream from cans being sprayed at one another along with chocolate syrup squirting all over.
Good times…suspended for 3 days, but good times.
Come to think of it, I feel bad for the janitor who has to clean all that up.
Three days for starting a food fight? Jeez. I beat the hell out of a kid (He was an asshole.) and got suspended for only one.
5:19 this is one of the things that bridges the gap between the 90s kids and 2000s kids.
I like school episodes. Not all the time, but every once in a while.
I kinda wanna hear stories about your wife like how did you meet, when you got married that sort of thing
He has a video of how they met at the amusement park
@thegameridiot I don't think they met there. I think it was just where they had a date, and then got stuck 2/3 of the way up a rollercoaster.
The pledge was taken oddly seriously in my elementary school. One time, she had a student recite it for because he was silent during the pledge. When he failed to recite it, the teacher flipped literally and figuratively. She proceeded to flip the desk the kid was sitting at. It was hilarious in hindsight, but she scared the kids shitless.
I didn't place much importance in it then like I do now....I said all kinds of stupid shit XD
You're gonna put some RESPECT on America's name so help me God 😂😂
Was your teacher Miss Trunchbull
Ummm yea the pledge is amazing our country is amazing your dam right bud ..🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅🦅🖕🏻trump trump trump
I can explain this in the 80s and 90s you were living in the world with the Soviet Union during the Cold War but after 91 they didn’t have to worry about that the Soviet Union and communism collapsed and USA won
Bloody knuckles with a quarter was a huge fad with the guys in our school too.
these school episodes are the best tbh lol anything nostalgia related is a win for me
Another school in the 90's video pls we need part 4
I love these school in the 90s videos
4:16 absolutely worth the wait, these episodes are a true trip down memory lane. Love your work man!
BREWSTEW UPLOADED!! YIPEE!!
Love the charm of the stick figure animation lol
Public schools were wild in the 90s. Sometimes, I wish we experienced the same type of lavish lifestyle as you.
1:30 this is the one time I agree with micheal
Nobody cares bro 😂 you’re not apart of the story quit calling him on a first name basis as if you knew who tf he was
@ambsanshz16 fighting air
@kirb_199 bro is☠️☠️
@kirb_199he lowk got a point
@Streetzofgracenot really
lucky to have experienced these as a 2000s kid
Shout out to him. He chose Goosebumps great books. I own almost all of them
fun fact, that poodle monster was in the Movie
Nice - truly you are a man of class
3:48 me and my girl use to do this together 😂😂, now we're 10yrs from that with a 2yr old 😂
Legendary relationship alert!
cap
@UrMad6767 awww someone's sad and can't comprehend a happy relationship 😢
@theheisthub223daaaaaaaaaaaaamn but fr
1:28 you know it's bad if Michael of all people is bullying you
We had RIF reading is fundamental and we would get free books whatever book you wanted you could get it free. I also miss the book fair as well!
The amount of nostalgia I get from these school episodes is off the charts!
@ I remember being head of the line sometimes because of alphabetical order, if a couple of kids were sick. It was so cool to be that line leader to go to the school library or gym
i wasnt in school in the 90s but alot of this stuff from this series continued well into the 2000s
Being the line leader in elementary school was equivalent to being god
Hell yeah brother
Real shit
Haha fr
The kids in my school who got to be crossing guards all thought they were SO special! LOL. Mini narcs. I got cafeteria duty, which was sweet on days we had good food, because kitchen-helpers got extras free! And it was fun. We loved our lunch lady. God bless you Mrs. H!
Lucky at least you got something edible for lunch
All our crossing guards ended up with lice cause they shared helmets. Yup no crossing guard duty for me.
@jackgoodwin7638…..helmets? I think you were doing it wrong.
@Babydarkspeakerman I was. I grew up in a very small school district during the 80s/90s and they still made meals and desserts from scratch on campus, almost everything was good. I don't know what kind of slop they feed kids now, but there certainly wasn't as much junk food. No little Debbies or whatever.
i was in elementary school in the early 2010s, it's INSANE to me that yall seriously had children as crossing guards. doesn't that almost defeat the purpose? i thought it was an adult bc they're more visible to vehicles and had some amount of authority.
I loved those Give Yourself Goosebumps books as a kid...all of the Goosebumps books actually.
2:38 why are we allowing John Cena to become a god?
BECAUSE HIS NAME IS JOHN CENA
More important: why did it take THIS LONG to allow John Cena to become a god?
We had the "book It" program in the 80's as well. Unfortunately our school wouldn't allow us to read the "Choose Your Own Adventure". 😅
We had to write a book report on the prefab bookit form, & we had to hit a page count not individual books (80s kid)
Lol yeah we killing ourselves in the book on purpose
That sucks. The teacher should probably be less judgmental on what happens in choose your own adventure books as the ending is different for everyone.
Love the awareness at 15 seconds
Don't forget about the SWEETEST grade school job of all time: "Chalkboard Eraser Dust Banger Outer!"
Also the "shaving cream school desk cleaner/gunk removerer"
@sadmeat8937 We all got to clean our desks in the last week of school. (Those dried snots on the bottom were really hard to get off).
YES YOU UPLOADED
bloody knuckles with coin is AWESOM!!!
@3:15 we used to play quarters. Kinda like bloody knuckles, but we slid as hard as we could, quarters into each other knuckles
That was quarters in my school lol
bill clinton saxophone solo 4:43🎷🎷🎷
bro i love the saxophone reference
Bill Clinton jazzing out
These are my favorite man! I was in school the entire decade. Class of 2000!!! I miss the 90s! Brings me back. Please make more!
Bro unlocked a lot of memories I forgot I had 😂
Glad to see everyone early lol, Loved the series and videos Tyler, been watching for awhile but keep up the great work man!
3:39 we still do that
Keep it up with school shit hahaha it’s like I’m in grade school again hahaha
@3:24 your wife is based.
School was like this in the 2000's too, except there was a silly bandz cartel networking system where they got banned from every school in the state
clearly you weren't around for Pogz, or Power Rangers, or Pokemon.
Ironically, they all started with P.
4:28 I’m sure most people don’t know this but there’s actually 3 people in the Oval Office
We get it, you like getting political in comment sections of videos we watch for fun, you want a peice of candy?
i'm 21 and i relate to most of these including ones from part 1 and 2
As a 2009 Florida kindergarten graduate I can confirm we also have all of these and have done all of things besides the child crossing guards
i cant tell you how much older then my 30 years old body you just made me feel
@4:22 I remember participating in the Book-It program. I think that's where my love of pizza started. Years later when I started working at Pizza Hut, I remember watching a training video on said book-it program and though, "Holy shit! The book-it program still exists?" Pizza is a great incentive to promote literacy.
I don't think it exists anymore my children have never talked about it
@milehighlife6986maybe it's just on certain schools
I’m 16 and I did it when I was in grade school lel I don’t think I ever used those coupons because I didn’t like pizza, I just liked reading
Also, in Canada in the 2000s, we did the pizza book thing, too. It was so awesome. Miss those days.
I was that kid 2:22
3:10 or milk roulette
Bloody knuckles, coin edition was the best damn thing in highschool
I love listening to these.
You are such a great storyteller.
No matter the subject of the videos, I am here for your humour and voice.
His sass is funny as can be.
Can’t wait to watch this again in 2 years lmfao 🤣
I've been watching him for 5 years and I love watching the old videos
@ who doesn’t!
@Kepprah exactly man
Seeing him playing quarters gave me Nam flashbacks
I have made a resolution that I cannot stand idly by and allow this travesty to go unchecked. Eric's graded paper at 0:38 is incorrectly graded a 47. He got 5 out of 12 correct, which is a 42. This completely took me out of the scene.
Its not they are just not the same per question
47% of 12 is 5.64.
He died. It was a MRSA killing.
We played bloody knuckles by slamming the bottom of a deck of cards on our knuckles.
@songwriterJJround that number up :3.
Which is closer to 5? 5.04 or 5.64?
Part 4.... Now ....
I'm so glad that despite going to school in the mid to late 2000's, I got to experience most of these.
a lot of schools don’t even do the pledge anymore
Mines sure does
Mine definitely does. Everyone hates it and no one actually recites it
Mine overglazes the country too
for good reason lol
Mine does
