I'm trying to run 3 1660Ti's on this board using the 3 16xPCIE lanes. I can only get 2 to work properly. Once I install the 3rd card it doesnt post/boot. Are there any certain BIOS updates or settings I need to change from default?

Friend, if you can help, thank you. My board is an Enwinda X79 and the BIOS doesn't have the "secure boot" option that you have to activate to run FIFA 23 on that board. I have another identical X79 but it's from Jinshua that has the "secure boot" option which leads me to believe it could be the BIOS. Does updating the BIOS show this "secure boot" option on the Enwinda board? Or is there any other way to show this option. Does this other board have no way to appear the "secure boot"? The processor I have on this board is the e5 2650 v2. Thanks to everyone who can help.
@@neoperol I think you are right. The chipset supports it but the motherboard is not configured for it. In the bios even though the total memory is visible. Only 2 slots detect the DRAM. Looks like its deliberately made to work in dual channel mode.
@@spiralbrain The same problem! Mine keeps crashing completely when the 16Gb are together, and when the CPU is required to work harder. The solution was to remove 8GB, disable hyper threadind and still configure windows performance to never reach 100% load! This board is a shame and scam! Mine is from Atermiter official store! All is the same project, same BIOS, same problems!
@@drumbatera check the settings. Mine us pretty stable, its been the best computer investment in my life. Maybe the Cpu clock is configured incorrectly. Go to factory defaults the use a video online to configure. Check power supply if its capable of the load.

Does anyone have (aterminer) X79G V3.0 motherboard. I have issues running windows 10 with 100% CPU on a fresh install. Drivers updates, bios settings (whatever you can imagine). It is imposible for using. CPU is XEON E5-2620 v2 and 16GB ram. If I run Ubuntu or any other linux distro, it works PERFECT!, so I think it is something with Windows. Have two Chinese X79 motherboard based PC-s. One single CPU and other dual CPU. Dual CPU PC had similar problems - when CPU usage hit 100% for some time, PC restarted. Played with different BIOS settings and Advanced - CPU Configuration - CPU Power Management Configuration - P-State Coordination HW_ALL to SW_ALL change seems to work.

CPU C6 Report setting should be Enabled. Unless you like your CPU to be crippled.

Crap. There's not enough CPU power to mine dynex. The 2 cores are maxed out all the time and there is a significant drop in hashrate.

The x79 has a jumper to set M.2 Nvme, maybe your motherboard has one too.
