Why can't you get into the one set of apartments that you mentioned at the beginning of the video? And we had those same style elevators at the high school I graduated from in fact one in the freshman/sophomore building had the same red lights as this one except the buttons also lit up red and the one in the junior/senior building had white floor indicator lights and buttons but they both had the same chime as this one and thus the same nudge mode.
Who said I stayed there? You don't need to stay in a hotel to film the elevator...and what do you mean by it "felt like traction"? Other than the fact it is that high, all signs point to hydraulic!
owenhinton Thanks then it most likely probably is a Schindler. However a few friends of mine who are also elevator filmers came across a Westinghouse elevator at the Carnegie Science Center; and that building was built in 1990-'91. So I'm guessing it was a very late installation of Westinghouse elevator. So I'm guessing it would be called a Westinghouse-Schindler. But definitely that elevator you recorded was a Schindler.
Oh ok I just wanted to make sure. You're right about this elevator being a hydraulic.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS OWEN THE FANS ON BOTH ELEVATORS ARE ON WE CAN'T EVEN HEAR THE MOTOR
I cant get in because you have to be a resident...also, you have said that you had schindler rt in your high school like 10 times...

That felt more traction than hydraulic to me. Did you stay on floor 6 or 7 when you stayed there?

This means that the elevator is very smooth.
These should have been made traction.
Just to confirm it; what year were the elevators installed? Because if it was installed before 1988 then it would be a Westinghouse.
Hotel was built in 1990
