Yea I can relate to this one just like most of your songs. Man don't wake me up from this overdose... I was in a psychosis state and really thought I was in my afterlife and for a while and I didn't want to go back to my "life". Now I'm clean and loving the life I have today.

I've been through the same thing. Thinking I was in heaven seeing my dead friends and relatives... They were really just strangers in a park. So scary to remember those dark days. Thank God I have 4 years clean from meth. I'm still struggling, but I'm not suicidal.
Makes me wonder if maybe it wasnt just a hallucination, if it was a sign I needed at the time to get the hell away from that poison.

Another fantastic tune. Too close to home. Have narcan in my dresser just in case. But change one addiction for another. Nothing worse then being sick. Sweats cold. Restless legs and arms and dont talk about the stomach.

40 months clean 🙏. Colicchie, will always be a piece of my recovery. I had a mix at the time that I played on repeat while I laid in bed for 2 weeks. One thing that shocked me about getting clean was how long the nightmares lasted. I would wake up constantly with almost fever like dreams of using dope or fighting with people. That lasted 2 years 😢. So if anyone reading this is struggling, you're not alone. It takes ti.e and dedication to get to where you want to go, nobody is going to give it to you, you have to fight for it, and don't give up 🙏 ❤

3 years clean from hard drugs this past May 8th. I am truly happy to be where I am and have my wife & emotional support cat by my side. I definitely learned the hard way as mentioned in the song. Both Collichie and KC Makes Music are great and good source for motivation to get you through another day without using. To anyone struggling, you arent alone and it does get better. ❤

Wow, these words are hitting me hard, wish my son could hear them. He's in prison due to drug addiction. He has OD'd in prison, has more access to drugs in prison then on the streets. So sad, praying daily that he survives and can hear your music on day!!!!
You're right too easy to get drugs in prison. And anything at all. If he was out it'll be harder to get as there does be dry spots. But i hope he gets the help he needs. Every one deserves to get out of this fight. Its hard. But im sure your son is a strong man. Just know his tolerance has lowered since being inside even though hes still using. But whats out here costs alot less then inside ❤
@@zoec7458 yes way cheaper, he was stabbed the other day because he couldn't pay for the drugs. All I can do is Pray and keep it in God's hands. I hope you are doing well, keep going and stay strong

3 and half years sober since I used I think God our heavenly wise spirit and Jesus Christ our Lord savior that I broke free from the addiction I own it all to God and Jesus Christ our Lord savior to help me though it all and I'm not turning back to live that old life anymore so I tell people all the danger that the drug's can do to people this song goes to everyone who used or used to used this song hit the head of the nail y'all keep up with the affinity amazing great music words of encouragement pass it along please and thank y'all. I usually get the same (or similar) reaction which is speechless, amazed, blown away ect.. that song hits home for me as I am a recovering addict myself and also had to witness many loved ones and friends struggle with their addiction. Unfortunately alot of them lost the battle but the most painful was my sister Tiffany losing hers in august of 2017. In 2019 my daughter Brielle Tiffany was born. 2019 is also the year i got clean. I seen that your daughters name is also Brielle. Keep making music and sharing your story because you really are saving peoples lives and giving them a voice!
