The beauty of molten rock is something that has...taken me quite a bit by surprise. Watching these sorts of videos has really made me rethink what the Hadean Epoch must have looked like!
It must have been absolutely insane. The planet was basically a giant smelter for millions of years. I live north of NYC and I'm personally fascinated by the fact that only 15,000 years ago, there was a 2 mile thick glacier sitting on top on my place. Now you got me wanting to watch a documentary on the early gelogical history of Earth.
you know . . . this is a lot like that one realy old vid called "compilation of volcano lava footage" from 15years ago whitch was like one of a handful of good volcano themed vids at a time the main difference between that and this being the video quality and the style
I believe all of the footage here is from Kilaūea. There's a slight possibility that some is from the 1984 Mauna Loa eruption, but I cannot verify that.
I think this footage is also in the other videos I shared on my channel but without music. This was kind of their artistic expression thing, which I agree doesn't work for me either. I'm sure some people dig it though, and it was on the DVD I bought from them (before the company went under during Covid) so why not throw it up here. Hope you like some of the other stuff this company produced that I shared. Some of it was truly phenomenal.
Not gonna lie i thought it was a secret epic album by the cure as it came up as a suggestion between cure tracks & i got a little over excited. Oh imagine the sweetness of Robert smiths gothicness ringing thru yr ears along to this beautiful footage lol sadly the music didnt match up but the images did
