Keep in mind Sega has already stated that they will be nerfing Verschmelz series potential while buffing fixa termina, while they said verschmelz series will be made to match current damage output, I would definitely keep in mind other weapons that can use termina to a good effect might jump in effectiveness when Sega buffs fixa termina (for example say... Melek ranged weapons)
Termina scales with crit rate, and vershmelz with 100% crit rate benefit the most from crit damage bonus. If they plan to buff fixa termina, say from 15% extra crit damage to 30%, a melek with a total crit rate of say 50% (30% from weapon and 20% from character), Vershmelz will benefit more from fixa termina buff compared to any other weapons because verschmelz always crit. Therefore if they want to lower the effect of verschmelz, they need to nerf it accordingly.
Dude, thank you. I'm too lazy to go to the site and read the updates, even though I know stuff is going on cause of the Headline. I have been letting the urgent quests just slip by as if its a normal day, not even realizing this massive of a campaign was going on. Plus randomite, secret shop and weapon campaign. You are a pure lifesaver for the lazy/uninformed masses! The "generousity" of this Flug campaign shouldn't be special moving forward, it should be the NORM. Maybe the best surprise SEGA could give us is that this drop campaign isn't preparing us for another, rarer unicorn to chase, but instead is them switching gears for this to be the standard. Imagine respecting the players' time, what a novel idea.
Another option for any leftover Vershmelz or seasonal shop weapons can be to enhance them to +80 during the campaign with endymio put onto them to use as fodder down the line. A +80 9 star weapon or unit with a 100% enhancement rate booster gives a lot of experience. It saves quite a bit of 100% enhance success rate boosters, even though we have a lot of them.
Do not overestimate the 20% chance... I dumped 2 whole weapon types (that's 20 weapons) into 1 rifle and all failed going from fixa 2 to 3. I splurged on the SG scratch to get the 100% success preset enhance. If I used success boosters, I might've saved enough weapons for another class but alas... At least I have a termina 5 now but yeesh, the odds were not in my favor. xD
i bought the entire shop smashed them together to get my already existing term 4 versch to 5 but failed got 4 times to 4 though and now im left empty handed 😅
Don't even think the fixa 5 is worth it. It goes from 14% crit dmg to 15% when it upgrades to 5. I still got mine to +5 on the very last batch of fodder I bought, but I'm just putting it out there. Only thing I can think is maybe it'll be better after the buff to fixas.
can you do me a favor and test your verschmelz vs the free argenti weapon? i wonder if its just for harmonizer...but verschmelz does less dmg (even with fixa 5) than argenti --- done only normal attacks on first the training dummy then on dread enemies - broken and unbroken parts...and argenti done more dmg compared to verschmelz
I didnt get that lucky, only managed termina 4 with 180 fodder verschmels...... On another note, the 200% rdr and flugel chance does not apply to the trigger versions which is a bummer as the ultra hard quests dont get the 200% rdr too
Crisp kvaris meat is easy to farm. Just go to mt. Ihana east and run towards the deepwell cocoon tower, run past it and up the hill and theres a ton crisp TAMES to farm

There's not much that I need to do right now except save meseta and hope I get lucky with a Flug with a Fixa drop. I like Leciel but my interest in the rewards vanished at about the same time I made my Fixa 5 Vers as well. The new LTQ is fun though. Gameplay like that needs to be permanently available.
I had horrible luck and wasn't able to get ANY preset enhancements, even with boosters and protections :( I have a fixa 4 versch already though so I guess I can't complain too much. I got insanely lucky getting that a few weeks ago.
Guess it balanced out for you lol. I stopped at fixa 3 when they first rolled out the SG scratch because it's just too much RNG. Hope I can get to fixa 5 this time.
So i've upgraded my Verschmelz Harmonizer to fixa 5 - threw good augments on it - and tested it on the training dummy.....doing 100 DPS less than on an untouched argenti harmonizer....is that....normal? i feel like being scammed

Might wanna add to make sure you upgrade the fixa of the weapon you want to upgrade... dont go blindly smashing them into each other as you can only transfer the fixa onto the same weapon type... i just did this thinking they are the same weapon series so that would be okay but its not
I didn't realize a 1 in 5 success rate meant a 98% failure rate. No change with success boosters either. There's a reason they're being so generous with verschmelz weapons. I'm incredibly unlucky

a termina L4 critical-melek and a vers L5 go toe to toe all time, but when the boss gets downed crit melek outshines vers by quite a bunch cause downed crit rate% bonus dont do sqat for vers, plus when boss is down thats when every 1 unloads everything thus melek-crit dealing masive damage and vers jus goes 'oh ok'
Just curious, can i upgrade weapon using the C/Endymio capsule only ? Rather than putting that into every weapon ? I kinda made all my gold sword and armor into that and now im lost of how to upgrade using that
The next class we get should be the class from ps universe ( Saber and gun) duel wield it should be in slayer class Weapon........just putting out there it would fit new genesis
I'm hyped about this now I don't have to feel bad making multi Verschmelz weapons! But I also shed a tear when you showed they all have LC capsules on them and are potential lvl 6 already. That's a lot of growthment and mats I wasted already trying to get mine up there (well feels like I wasted a lot but it's probably nothing compared to ppl who didn't just get to the endgame a week ago like myself 😅). Even though the event is over, I don't think everyone would be GARANTEED a fixa 5 vershmeltz. Even with enhancement items, the rate is still pretty low. You have to go through quite a few weapons and resources to get a fixa 5 on your own. And no one really describes how to skip a few steps if needed. It's confusing how to get YOUR weapon to 5. When I was getting low on copies of my weapon, I had to use level 2s and 3s with items on top of 5s on other weapons. The game would then say it recommended you used a base level 5. BUT IF YOU HAVE ENCHANCEMENT ITEMS THAT'S NOT EXACTLY TRUE. The game is kinda screwing you over by thinking you need to exclusively use the same fixa levels. So yeah, you still need to be pretty lucky. I don't think it was guaranteed. There weren't even that many weeks to gather randomite.
The exchange material shop is too gud for everyone at this point, u can actually get fixa termina 3-5.I guess they about to add another myth 10star weapon soon
Helloo, I started playing a little over a week ago on ps5, but after three days into it I haven’t been able to play at all. After choosing which character to use, my screen stays stuck on there for a while and then says something about the server. If anyone has any idea what could be wrong pls lmk!
It will not be a nerf really, they will be buffing termina, but since vershmelz can take advantage of termina 2x~3x compared to other weapons, they need to nerf Verschmelz's potency accordingly, but the net result will be very unlikely a nerf.
I main gun blade and rifle, I was told the Verschmelz was not good for my weapons of choice because there is no benefit of crit chance over 100%. Is this correct?
Versh bad for Slayer, Ra, Gu, Br, or other Class who use Melek Dark Rebellion, Obsidian, Axeon, Benedict multi with other weapon 50% crit rate (10% from character, 10% from add-on, 15% from weapon, 15% from weapon Melek Dark Rebellion, Obsidian, Axeon, Benedict when hp 50 or Higher.) with Termina 5 = 16% potency and 15% potency when crit Versh Termina 5 = 1% potency when crit ( 100% crit rate but decreased potency -14%) after buff if termina 5 = 16 17 18 19 20 or 30%.... Versh potency decreased -15 -16 -17 -18 -19 or -29% use versh u don't need potency floor (minimum damage) all in augment to potency use melek, season weapon, tisah, flugel u need potency floor 60% up
Slayers should not bother with Verschmelz, It was very easy to get a fixa 5 variocool or Neos weapon. Or just stay with Melek or Tisah if you already have one.
This is terrible for my adhd brain. You can fail so many attempts and then I have to tell myself, "its okay just try again NEXT WEEKEND YOU WILL GET IT SOON ENOUGH 😭" after saved up and gathering the random chunks. But I get that the event lasts awhile to garantee it. You need such a patient brain though.
depends on your Tisah and your Vershmelz, but basically unless you are playing Slayer, a termina 3 Verschmelz should be stronger than no fixa Tisah if you are going potency build for your verschmelz.
I must have the worst RNG because I used all of them and got 5 to level 4 but when mashing them WITH the success booster trying to get a level 5. They all failed. What a load of bollocks 😂
Depends on ur class composition and add on skills. If u don't build class skills around crit versh 5 is good. If u built crit rate with slayer sub and other add on skills for critical rate with flugel u will likely hit harder when u crit
Technically yes, but only against enemies level 70 or higher and blank Flugel is only 1% behind at those levels. The party and area boost cannot be understated since boosting an entire quest of 8 players or exploration sector worth is a massive damage boost overall and is a lot more than the 1% additional individual damage by using a Term 5 Versh. Even Termina 5 Veshmelz becomes laughing status for anything under level 60 because of the negative potency potential and the attack cap. For reference, a blank Flug is 10% stronger than Termina 5 Vershmelz against level 55 enemies. A Termina 1 Vershmelz is 18.5% worse than a Flugel against level 55 enemies and below. Versh is definitely a weapon for high level content only.
Nueson! Go heavy on the Trials ! Lvl 80 Rwh Maquaed and Retem alnothe lvl 80 also drops them for trials and bosses! They're also in exchange shops like seasonal, aegis integra and arks record i believe! They're in ample supply now compared to previously so good luck farming ! ^^
I’m not getting that weapon series from the event shop I’m still sticking with what I have right now I’m still done with trying to upgrade weapons and armor’s i still just don’t care about that stuff the damage is still to low on the weapons that’s one of the things that made base PSO2 so much fun was the crazy high damage that we could hit and the armor protect us better in base PSO2 as well and the different stats that we could use to get more of that crazy damage and protection on top all the fun content and a great and fun story but NGS just doesn’t have this fun damage so i just skip the weapons and armor’s now NGS is just not PSO2 the love i had for base PSO2 i don’t have for NGS and I don’t see NGS as a PSO2 game i just don’t see it as part the series at all PSO2 just isn’t the same series anymore that i loved i hopefully will have some free time to go back to the base PSO2 and play the story and other content that’s still in the game that loved so much and i had so much fun with i been missing and want to go back for a long time now hopefully i have some time soon
@@rex_melynas not so sure about that because of the 100% critical rate = that 100% weapon + 21% potency guaranteed damage, maybe a fatale 5 or abandac if your crit rng is good. I know on slayer it would for sure. But anything else wouldn’t be guaranteed.
It will not be a net nerf. They will be buffing termina, and since verschmelz has 100% crit rate, it benefits the most from incoming termina buff. If they are not nerfing verschmelz accordingly, verschmelz will be stronger than flugelgard which is not supposed to be happening.
@@seymourcarson if you are focusing on only one type of dmg aka ranged melee or force the weapon series he's talking about should work for whatever class you use you are just going to have to adjust your armor and weapons to counteract the potency lose or increase your main potency to the point the loss is negligible and you can't Tell

Just destroy the 8 Myenins and you will complete her CO without you having to worry about the randomites so there's 0 pain involved.

Apparently the training dummies have 0 defense, which makes Verschmelz look really garbage on them.

40% Preset Skill enhance, 10 Verschmelz Rifles, gone reduce to atom. None of my fixa termina upgraded.

Flugelgard will be better overall, but if you want to try out new class or new weapon combo, building versch will not be a bad idea.

It will not be a nerf really, they will be buffing termina, but since vershmelz can take advantage of termina 2x~3x compared to other weapons, they need to nerf Verschmelz's potency accordingly, but the net result will be very unlikely a nerf.
I main gun blade and rifle, I was told the Verschmelz was not good for my weapons of choice because there is no benefit of crit chance over 100%. Is this correct?
yeah vershmelz are bad for slayers,
Better than argenti thou, but subpar compared to both tisah and melek.
Versh bad for Slayer, Ra, Gu, Br, or other Class who use Melek Dark Rebellion, Obsidian, Axeon, Benedict multi with other weapon
50% crit rate (10% from character, 10% from add-on, 15% from weapon, 15% from weapon Melek Dark Rebellion, Obsidian, Axeon, Benedict when hp 50 or Higher.)
with Termina 5 = 16% potency and 15% potency when crit
Versh Termina 5 = 1% potency when crit ( 100% crit rate but decreased potency -14%)
after buff if termina 5 = 16 17 18 19 20 or 30%.... Versh potency decreased -15 -16 -17 -18 -19 or -29%
use versh u don't need potency floor (minimum damage) all in augment to potency
use melek, season weapon, tisah, flugel u need potency floor 60% up
Slayers should not bother with Verschmelz, It was very easy to get a fixa 5 variocool or Neos weapon. Or just stay with Melek or Tisah if you already have one.

You can fail so many attempts and then I have to tell myself, "its okay just try again NEXT WEEKEND YOU WILL GET IT SOON ENOUGH 😭" after saved up and gathering the random chunks. But I get that the event lasts awhile to garantee it. You need such a patient brain though.

depends on your Tisah and your Vershmelz, but basically unless you are playing Slayer, a termina 3 Verschmelz should be stronger than no fixa Tisah if you are going potency build for your verschmelz.

I must have the worst RNG because I used all of them and got 5 to level 4 but when mashing them WITH the success booster trying to get a level 5. They all failed. What a load of bollocks 😂

Depends on ur class composition and add on skills.
If u don't build class skills around crit versh 5 is good.
If u built crit rate with slayer sub and other add on skills for critical rate with flugel u will likely hit harder when u crit
Technically yes, but only against enemies level 70 or higher and blank Flugel is only 1% behind at those levels. The party and area boost cannot be understated since boosting an entire quest of 8 players or exploration sector worth is a massive damage boost overall and is a lot more than the 1% additional individual damage by using a Term 5 Versh. Even Termina 5 Veshmelz becomes laughing status for anything under level 60 because of the negative potency potential and the attack cap. For reference, a blank Flug is 10% stronger than Termina 5 Vershmelz against level 55 enemies. A Termina 1 Vershmelz is 18.5% worse than a Flugel against level 55 enemies and below. Versh is definitely a weapon for high level content only.
Flugelgard no fixa will still be better.

Nueson! Go heavy on the Trials ! Lvl 80 Rwh Maquaed and Retem alnothe lvl 80 also drops them for trials and bosses! They're also in exchange shops like seasonal, aegis integra and arks record i believe! They're in ample supply now compared to previously so good luck farming ! ^^

I’m not getting that weapon series from the event shop I’m still sticking with what I have right now I’m still done with trying to upgrade weapons and armor’s i still just don’t care about that stuff the damage is still to low on the weapons that’s one of the things that made base PSO2 so much fun was the crazy high damage that we could hit and the armor protect us better in base PSO2 as well and the different stats that we could use to get more of that crazy damage and protection on top all the fun content and a great and fun story but NGS just doesn’t have this fun damage so i just skip the weapons and armor’s now NGS is just not PSO2 the love i had for base PSO2 i don’t have for NGS and I don’t see NGS as a PSO2 game i just don’t see it as part the series at all PSO2 just isn’t the same series anymore that i loved i hopefully will have some free time to go back to the base PSO2 and play the story and other content that’s still in the game that loved so much and i had so much fun with i been missing and want to go back for a long time now hopefully i have some time soon

@@rex_melynas not so sure about that because of the 100% critical rate = that 100% weapon + 21% potency guaranteed damage, maybe a fatale 5 or abandac if your crit rng is good. I know on slayer it would for sure. But anything else wouldn’t be guaranteed.

The Versch is getting nerfed. I've got a termina 4 Melek, so the versch is trash for me anyway.
It will not be a net nerf. They will be buffing termina, and since verschmelz has 100% crit rate, it benefits the most from incoming termina buff. If they are not nerfing verschmelz accordingly, verschmelz will be stronger than flugelgard which is not supposed to be happening.

@@seymourcarson if you are focusing on only one type of dmg aka ranged melee or force the weapon series he's talking about should work for whatever class you use you are just going to have to adjust your armor and weapons to counteract the potency lose or increase your main potency to the point the loss is negligible and you can't Tell
