The annoying thing with tempered glass is they have the stupid thumb bit so you can use your thumb print but when you are watching videos etc all you can see is that bloody circle
In my world temepered glass is not good, they break too easily. I thought my phone back in the years was broken until iI removed it. Tried glass several times, but no more glass for my part. My last "liquid" TPU (I don't like I can't remeber the brand) has been 100% and lasted for years, and the screen still looks nice, no scratches on the shield stil today. Wish I know right now, to get same brand for my new phone. I'll buy it no matter the cost.
@@Lirocsful Yes, several times, but you just drop it in the floor. I have newer broke a screen (but that is me), an accident can always happen. What I try to say is that these shields are not a single bit better and do not procect your phone more than any other "scratch proof" shield IMHO, But bad things can always happen, if you are on a bad spot. I´m not 2m high, and I don´t throw/drop my phone from an heigth (I try to avoid that). If you´re are off the limits then no protector will save you, no whatever the material. So today i am more into a scratch protector, and these in glass are way too bad. But if you like ém, then use them.
@@aviksrivastav4140 Unfortenately not. Used two different brands with the same outcome. Those liquide ones (still a film) has been wonderfull, like they float on surface and get rid of small scratches. IMHO they are the best.
@@LirocsfulTempered glass saved my screen. I had already let my phone fall rather violently and only the bottom half was working when I put a tempered glass. It fell again the glass cracked at the bottom part, but I still got 7 months of use before I replaced the screen.
Can you have first an 'Imak h' glass-protection and then on the glass-protection a TPU-protection? I use to make cemaric clay pots and stuff, and if I awnser the phone there get microscopic scratches and make the screen lock dirty. /Edit. I thick if you have a plasic film, that are softer than glass, it should suppress the impact.
Tempered glass ruined my old phone. The glass on the phone broke with tempered glass like it was an extension to the screen or bonded together. It seems like it just increased the chance of breakage.
Yes, Tempered Glass is ONLY for Glass FEEL while swiping and less scratches. ZERO Phone Screen Crack/Break protection from Impacts. TPU on the other hand actually helps to ABSORB the Shock of Impact to prevent Phone Screen from cracking/breaking from impacts. The GLASS screen protectors themselves crack very easily and if the adhesive is strong it will PULL on any Hairline Cracks in the Phone Glass and cause a crack that would not have been an issue without it. The ONLY phone screens I have Cracked, Chipped, or Nicked had High Quality Expensive GLASS protectors on them. NONE of my TPU protected Phones and Tablets have ever had a scratched, nicked, or cracked screen from impacts. And yes, I use protective cases as well.

I am struggling with the same issue
I’m assuming u mean for a Samsung phone and not an iPhone?
@@igames8571of course. Apple doesn't have finger print readers anymore.
😂 you speak the truth
Thumb bit? Maybe an iphone thing not samsung 🤔

Did your phone fell off any time? How good is tpu if you let your phone fall from an important height?

I have a phone with a glass protector and the screen broke after a drop, even though the protector was still intact...

Ai narration is awful.
I think it's TTS because AI wouldn't actually allow for grammar mistakes. Paired with the stock footage, this is video is cancer.
I'm thinking TPU
Yes am agree with you 👍🏻
Yes agreed

Tpu leaves scartch dents from fingernails lmao
Some phones you don't have a choice though, and luckily those little dents go away pretty quickly unless you purposely try to jam your nail into it
Bullet proof is best
Kingsman😁
I hate that circle on tempered glass (I'm a Samsung user)
What circle? I am also a Samsung user and I use tempered glass

TPU film is completely useless, if you buy a 1k+ phone why would you cheap out on protecting it? People really lack any common sense... 🤦
They're fine don't be dumb and drop your phone all the time lol
