I've FINALLY resolved my audio reverb issues that have plagued my life for years! No longer do I sound like I'm recording in a sewer tunnel! WOOOOO anyway, enjoy, hope this answers some questions about Vault Professional
Thanks Neil for the "speedy" review. Have been using Vault Pro for 12 years now and never used any of the features except "Shared Views". We are a small company with no IT and are still using 2019 since we don't know how to upgrade. My Vault reseller wants $2500 to migrate. Our boss said no, we are in a recession.
Why even have Vault Pro if you're not using any of it? $2500 is probably 2 days of time which is usually fair enough but might be a stretch if you're using it as Vault Basic, there's not much to check and take care of during a migration. Unless training was included in that but what's there to train people on if it isn't being used!
@@mbruce7779 The cost to migrate is only going to get worse until you are forced to eventually do it. If you are going to 2023 the cost is probably more because you need to go 2019-2021 then 2021-2023. $2500 if USD is still excessive. It might be worth yourself learning the process to upgrade, ask on the forums to fill the gaps.
Don't know much about it yet, I have access but haven't had the time to properly dive into it as it's completely new. Hoping to learn a bit more about it at AU at the end of this month.

Bring back Vault workgroup! I'm going to glue my hands to Autodesk HQ!

Agreed... but we need the Shared Views feature for our customers. Is there another solution? 3D pdfs do not work because our models are too large.
