Drake made me download entire album and start exploring Mexicano corridos! I don’t even know English but it goes hard! Those instrumentals sound so cultured

I'm a huge drake fan and I basically listen mainly to hip hop living in México (I'm obsessed with too trim of chief keef rn, that goes hard affffff), but also time by time listen to the traditional music of my country (this one). I highly recommend you to also listen to Natanael cano, imagine this, back then Mexican traditional music was that, the traditional, it's not bad but it was only about love and family friendly, something we young ones didn't relate a lot or it was kinda corny, but natanael cano was literally the one who took our Mexican traditional sound but bringing hip hop style of rhyming and flows, that once a 17 year old kid, created literally a WHOLE GENRE, literally.... Like I said, back then only traditional Mexican groups existed where they all use uniforms and that, natanael cano is the reason of peso pluma, fuerza regida and literally every single corridos tumbados artist, in case you don't like his music it's ok but at least you would see where it all started, one suggestion to start is actually a very underrated song of him that not a lot of people knows of. Checked out Brillo that kid got a good flow there too I like it, heard some Peso and also Neton Vega. Need to check more fuerza but it’s cool to open my music palette to this sound. Mind you I don’t understand Spanish but I am deep on melodies and follow my ear on it. Cheers lmk a list of songs you rock
@@sundown308 this genre is crazy because even if it's "only guitar" looking one at first, you can see that guitar can make magic with melodies, since you still don't know Spanish let me think in some nice sounding guitar ones...
