What if….. what if got a season 4 Season 4, episode 1: What if a cat became Ironman Season 4, episode 2: what if Thor learned the floss Season 4, episode 3: What if Spider-Man did a meaningful backflip Season 4, episode 4: What if tony meant to hug Spider-Man
Also thanks watcher you saved one woman and one kid from their fucked up fate, now lets just ignore the zombie universe where people are being cannibalized and killed daily, if only there was a cosmic being with great power who could have saved that universe.....if only......"what if"
You do know the events of the zombie episode happen before he starts to break his oath yes? Also That same timeline is literally getting its own spin off show we’re we see what happens After
It's very obvious to me that the writers would have been better off writing an Elseworlds series instead of a what-if series, especially due to the complete lack of their homework being done as mentioned countless times in this video. On top of that, if they did an Elseworlds series instead of a what-if series, the excuse of "oh its an alternate universe" would actually be valid instead of a misconception around the differences between Elseworlds and what-if stories.
This is Missed Potential: The Show, even under the restrictions they had with who they could use I can’t believe this is the best they came up with. And it’s over? You’d think this would benefit the most as the MCU continues and the possibilities of what if stories grows. Then again, if this is the quality we can expect, I guess it’s good that it’s over. It was immensely satisfying hearing you question things I was screaming at my tv over when watching lol good shit Puggie
Man you are so good at this, like damn most people say "show sucks" but you actually go into detail on why it sucks and all the continuity errors, even about the episodes with characters from the movies and shows most people (including me) didn't watch cause they were practically slop. I hope you get more views and stuff cause you deserve it
I know episode four wasn’t much of an “I know you’re in there” episode, BUT I still found it really bad because, everything kind of happens just to happen. So many things make no sense and so many characters act stupidly just for convenience’s sake.
I find it funny how people are trying to say Ultron redeemed himself this season, did everybody forget he basically genocide an entire universe, hell if every tyrant or genocidal Maniac could be forgiven for their past sins then let's just forgive Hitler.
He didn’t redeem himself tho? He knew he was beyond any redemption but he did try to do the right thing He didn’t redeem himself he just saw he could at the very least do something good before he would die
they all had an oath we’re they can’t interfere The watcher from the show is the first one who broke it And Loki already did that way beforehand when he became the god of stories in loki season 2
When i first watched a video summary of this i thought i found an april fools prank in December for some reason, i honestly still have trouble believing this is ACTUALLY REALL
You described that What if...? was once upon a time your second most hated piece of fictional media ever. As of now, does this apply to the entirety of the show or just season 1? Also, gotta love that one of the most hated episodes ended up being your favourite of the entire show with a decent 4/10 no less. You just implied at the end of the video that you consider 1/2 of Arcane as worse than 2/3 of What if...?. Let us all take a moment to think of the implications of that statement. 😏
Nice video. I stopped watching What If at the point of season 2 and I prefer Miraculous for example more. It was said in your video that X-Men 97' was good, but taking the original 1992 show into consideration it did have major continuity issues such as Bastion simply being born and I might being willingly to argue that Apocalypse kind of got character assassinated.
There are continuity issues with the original show but the ones I know of aren't that severe, I'm unsure why Bastion being born is a continuity issue, and I don't think Apocalypse is assassinated at all. It for sure isn't a perfect show but the character work is very strong and the plot mostly holds up save for a bit of plot armor and a few continuity errors
The parts from Nimrod teleported from 1959 to 2055. The parts being in 1959 led to the birth and existence of Bastion, but the parts weren't in 1959 meaning the massacre in Genosha for example couldn't have happened logistically. Apocalypse in X-Men 97' claimed Genosha victims were his "children" which was a character assassination for the particular version used. Apocalypse in the original 1992 show claimed out loud he wasn't a mutant and he was visually and audibly more mechanical than human. "Mutants are human." to quote Master Mold in season 1 episode 13.
i don't think apocalypse is referring to mutants when he says "my children." he's just addressing whoever his children are, which i think means his horsemen are there and he's talking to them the bastion thing idk about i didn't finish the original show, but my guess could be that bastion could be born before the pieces traveled to the future
Kind of a stretch, but I am unsure how I could refute that currently. The pieces teleported to 2055 like seconds after Nimrod got shot by Bishop last time I checked making it physically impossible for Bastion to be born the way he was meaning no massacre at Genosha meaning no Gambit death cutting like half of season 1 of X-Men 97'. I don't recall Bastion's exact birth date being stated, but it seems to have been after May 11, 1959 which is when the Nimrod parts teleported to 2055.

Exactly. The Watcher breaking his oath randomly was out of character. It's nothing but a lazy writing.

YES OMD I was worried I was crazy about how horrible this season was- why was EVERY episode a “I know you’re in there, this isn’t you 🥺” episode??? 😭
I know episode four wasn’t much of an “I know you’re in there” episode, BUT I still found it really bad because, everything kind of happens just to happen. So many things make no sense and so many characters act stupidly just for convenience’s sake.
Very glad I dropped this show after S1. It sounds like a show you watch while high on acid
unfortunately you still watched the worst season 😆
Starting off the year on the best note possible with this one. Happy new year puggie

He didn’t redeem himself tho?
He knew he was beyond any redemption but he did try to do the right thing
He didn’t redeem himself he just saw he could at the very least do something good before he would die
Honestly this is a very detailed review on this Season ive seen on RUclips. Keep it up dude.
Cant wait for the Infinity Ultron episode 😂
that one's up next, it's quite an episode...
the fact they show us cool veriants at the end is a big f you
My first youtube video of the new year!
Happy New Year from lovely Greece!!!
this show cant be canon it makes no sense if the watchers can erase people from time lines why didnt they destroy kang saving everyone
they all had an oath we’re they can’t interfere
The watcher from the show is the first one who broke it
And Loki already did that way beforehand when he became the god of stories in loki season 2
When i first watched a video summary of this i thought i found an april fools prank in December for some reason, i honestly still have trouble believing this is ACTUALLY REALL
Fibally finished watching aaaaaaand first like under a YT video of the year! That was quite a decent start.

I dislike Season 1 far more than the other 2. There are parts of S2 I really really like even if they get ruined later in the season
In terms of the exact details of my question, I pressume that the title of your #2 worst thing ever goes only to S1.@@puggietaur
What if.... it wasn't all just about Captain Carter
I would be fine if it was about Captain Carter but she was well written, like she was for part of last season
They killed my goat though 😭🙏
who?
@ ultron
infinity ultron ain't my goat... i'll be making vids on his episodes eventually
these writers dont read comics so am not suprised
Bro got jumped by iron fist and bucky
