some odd things about the decryption:
a couple of the words were replaced by x's. might just be the translator i'm using but if other people who translate this too find that then it's something to be weary of.

Some of the letters were replaced by x in my decryption aswell, specifically the p's. P in hex is 50 and x is 58 so I think it is just the 0s that look like 8s because of the distortion in the video.
