Sir our drive tripping of crane application DC link overvoltage..we have applied dbr unit ..still sometime

increase de-acceleration time or tune motor with drive.You can use DC braking for better performance.

yes its due to Acceleration and deceleration time but if you reduce time DBR will be required otherwise drive will trip on overvoltage fault.

Undervoltage during deceleration may be due to excessive braking current if DC braking is used or dynamic braking parameters are not set properly.if parameters are okay then there may be problem in braking IGBT of DBR.

Sir my 250 kw ABB ACS-850 Drive is tripping on DC over voltage on every minor voltage flauctuation. What is parameter for auto restart for ABB acs 850 ? Even others sinamics vfds of same rating doesn't tripped.

Have you connected brake resistor to drive if yes then enable par 48.01.
if not then enable par 47.01
