Interesting. Very different from traditional white pizza. Three or four different (usually: a little ricotta, a little mozzarella and some parmigiana and/or romano) cheeses, garlic, herbs, all just on top of the dough, rather than like a stuffed tart like this is. And never with honey. Doesn't sound good to me. So i won't do that. But, i like to try new things, so i will try this. Cheese is my weakness !! 😆

Lol. I had to comment, as well. Nothing at all like the traditional white pizza, but i don't mind trying a cheese pie/tart I kinda like knowing how people in different places make their food. When i order pizza in Italy and the West, i know what to expect. If i ever travel to the East, i will know not expect traditional Italian pizza, if and when i order it. I can't even really call this a calzone, either, which is just a pizza folded over to make a pocket for ease when travelling.
