Mercantile in Skyrim: "If i had a sister i'd sell her in a second" Mercantile in Daggerfall: "Hey you have a full wagon full of mystical stuff? i'll pay you piss and shit for that"
The Daggerfall part is so darn true! xD Daedric Claymore, no enchantment: worth a fortune. Daedric Claymore, enchanted: a mere pittance, little more than ale money! 😀
at least in Daggerfall you could take in hugeass loan in some nobody-cares-province and never visit it again so loan-sharks would never find you. Or you could just visit a shop, wait inside untiil it closes and strip it clear to sell the same goods to the shop-owner himself... Ah, memories... too bad it reminds me how trully worthless Dagerrfal over-elaborated dungeons were..
When you do the main quest pacifist, sell Sunder and Keening to merchants, use command humanoid a mages guild guide to teleport to the heart, use command creature on it, and bring it to the town to let the merchants do the fight for you.
When you're an Orc, but you have all stats at one and use berserker rage. And you end up with 200/4 fatigue and suddenly all your chances are guaranteed, including buying everything for one...
No Country for Old Septim... I love that play

@@UlvenTES So, if you had a joke about Belethor you would put it in the video in a second?

Nothing quite as satisfying as buying anything light and remotely valuable so you can sell that Daedric dagger for asking price to a merchant
i was expecting don't be a menace to south central korean store scene: "n'waahs! buy or leave!"
I completely forgot that the money was called drakes in Morrowind rather than septims
Forgot the part where the merchant just casually equips a full suit of armor that you just sold them.

Morrowind with the gamestop prices 😂
Mercantile in Skyrim: Aaaaand it's gone.
Me: But... I

700 drakes? Hahahaha, you must be kidding, aren't you?
And this is why everyone uses the mudcrab merchant.
And creeper
played Morrowind for years, only found creeper once and didn't care to find him again, never found a crab.
Yes, the Morrowind market is pure art. 🥺
Mercantile in Morrowind is also like
Lower the price down by 30 drakes then click accept 1000 times.
*offers really good sword*
600 to sell, offers to sell at 650, offer refused,,, ok what about 649? refused. 648? no,,, 647? accepted! WOOO
And they immediately put it on themselves.
The scene from The Room is perfect for Oblivon. Everything is out of order.
(And it's like that in the actual movie!)
