I just got the Mammoet version and the offset adapter for a fixed jib doesn't have hydro cylinders, just a manual pin off system. I won't use it anyway, but it would have made a nice flatbed load. The LTM 1500 looks great with a luffing jib and WSI knows this. That's why I think the price is high. Even the crane itself was too high. I got the NZG 11200 for less! On yeah, one more thing, WSI wouldn't need to use plastic if their outriggers weren't under engineered. The next time I spend 1200 dollars on a model I will go YCC and get what I Pay for!.. I need a drink
DHS diecast is getting some of these in stock periodically. Someone on their forum said they got a few last week and sold out same day. Have them in 6 different colors so check their website if you want them, or call and ask for availability. Apparently WSI decided to pre-release these jib sets in limited quantity this year.
I mean it completes the crane but not worth 400+ bucks! I honestly don't mind the plastic as it reduces a ton of weight, and it's just the inserts that are plastic and not the main sections, besides the longer tip section. It is very long, about the same as the 11200 full jib. Mine was short a few sets of nuts and bolts and the instructions don't explain everything like the adjustable fixed jib, that has the cylinders on it and where to attach the rope guide piece. And I think I'm short a few dog bone links but I'm not sure, not many people have the kit yet so it's hard to see if I have everything or not. I'll have to contact wsi about it.
I have mine altogher. Need pictures? Had to rob a couple of pedant line wishbones to make it all work! Also put head right on reducer. The rest had way to much sag in the boom with every thing in it! You would think with what we spent on this luffing jib they would have used metal boom and made sure that every thing was in the box! Let me know if you need help. Nice video and your right they should've kept it diecast instead of plastic but I'm sure it'll make the model look 10times better

I bought one also. Have not put it together.but I noticed all the heavy lift parts are metal.

Did you install the jib yet? I am installing mine now and looking like its missing parts.
Yes I have, I think mine is missing parts too but I'm not sure, no body I know has really put it together yet and there isn't many photos to go by.
