FYI the brakes are 310mm on the 07-08 4c8 R1's, Yamaha chose to reduce the size from the 04-06 R1's 320mm, to lower unsprung weight/inertia. To fit the 320mm larger brakes, you need spacers where the calipers mount to the forks. Beautiful bike!

Nice bike, really like the idea of getting one with the gold wheels, if you get bored can just throw the kenny roberts fairings on or the red/white colours, which all fit really well with the gold wheels.Very customizable bike.
