The best resolution I see is to have permanent floating structures (Large parking boats) brought in for residents ONLY. One or two can be attached behind all the residential buildings. This will certainly provide relief for the parking issues that we currently have. This will also create revenue and jobs for the island.
Can't have such a beautiful island full of luxury apartments, but no where to park. The owners of these buildings can partially pay for these floating structures. They charge a good amount for rent. They have the money to invest.
