Hello @CecilVig I make lemon water and lime water weekly, and I’ve make “pot liquor” ice from my greens but I’ve never made from lemon juice! How convenient!
Thanks so much for this. I love the ice cube idea, but I just watched another video by a doctor who said that heat destroys Vitamin C, so I think the freezing option is better than the heating.
I usually place a trivet in the saucepan before placing the jars into the saucepan they can break being in direct contact with the bottom of the saucepan.
I have a question. Is boiling the jar containing the juice mandatory if you have boiled the juice and the jar before sealing the juice? And does it stay preserved in any condition?
Thank you so much, I have a massive lemon, orange, mandarin and lime tree, and I have just picked 10 kg of each, and haven't left a dent in the fruit still on them. I will bottle them after watching your video
somebody somebodiev, good to read from you, thank you for your continued support to my channel. You are right the first method is better because the vitamins are not destroyed. The second method is not bad though, the juice was not directly boiled. I thought it is a good method for those who do not like storing juice in the fridge or freezer. I hope you are well. Be safe 👍🏾🍀
Sarva Khitana , thank you for watching the video. Could you please help and tell me what video it is , where I talked about adding sugar? Thank you very much.
I have 2 lemon trees and i give lemons to all myfamily and friends. I have frozen the juice but the lemon always taste bitter after it has been frozen .Firstly do you know why? And do you think if I do the juice the heat method it would solve the problem. Hopefully you have a way to answer my guestion😊😊
Thank you for posting this.❤️❤️ I thought it would be way harder and that's what was retaining me from doing it! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you. I think that first method better than second. Because after boiling vitamin C will destroyed.

@@cecilvig Really? Do in second method juice vitamins stay same? This looks like pasteurization. Thank you, I hope youre well too.
After extraction of lemon juice the vit c will destroy after 5-6 hour.
Very useful video sister 👍
Thank you dear. Glad you like it😊
Doesn't boiling the juice destroys its vitamin C content?
Thank you 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋
Sifaan Sifaan, thank you too very much!
How long the Lemon Juice ice cubes last long as the ice cubes?

Sarva Khitana , thank you for watching the video. Could you please help and tell me what video it is , where I talked about adding sugar? Thank you very much.

Same techniqs for other juice
Wow. Is it ok to just put it in the fridge and not boil it for 15 minutes?
I reckon you can do that.
@@cecilvig thank you. Will it still last for a year if you don’t boil it?
Can u keep them for one year without freezing?
Yes you can, if you prepare the juice using the second method in the video👍🏾 🌞
@@cecilvig Thanks madam!!
Lemon ice it is then :)
Hello,i i freez it,it wont change it taste ?
maro choufani, the taste will stay the same. The taste will only change a little bit of you bottle it.
Can't I take the amount I need for use and keep back the rest in the cupboard?
Ayinofu jennifer , once you open and let air into it, it is advisable to store in the fridge, and use it within some few days, else it will go bad.
Thanks i got my question & answer 🥰🥰🥰
No adding salt?
maro choufani, no, no added salt. It is not needed.
Hi that was very nice, but what if i dont strain the pulp, plz do comment
If you do not strain the pulp, then you rather store it int he freezer.
TLDR: Squeeze lemons, sieve juice, freeze as ice cubes
But Vit C is lost once heated!
