    Hello @CecilVig I make lemon water and lime water weekly, and I’ve make “pot liquor” ice from my greens but I’ve never made from lemon juice! How convenient!

    Thanks so much for this. I love the ice cube idea, but I just watched another video by a doctor who said that heat destroys Vitamin C, so I think the freezing option is better than the heating.

    I usually place a trivet in the saucepan before placing the jars into the saucepan they can break being in direct contact with the bottom of the saucepan.

    I have a question.
    Is boiling the jar containing the juice mandatory if you have boiled the juice and the jar before sealing the juice?
    And does it stay preserved in any condition?

      You are right the first method is better because the vitamins are not destroyed.
      The second method is not bad though, the juice was not directly boiled.
      I thought it is a good method for those who do not like storing juice in the fridge or freezer.

      After extraction of lemon juice the vit c will destroy after 5-6 hour.

    I have 2 lemon trees and i give lemons to all myfamily and friends. I have frozen the juice but the lemon always taste bitter after it has been frozen .Firstly do you know why? And do you think if I do the juice the heat method it would solve the problem. Hopefully you have a way to answer my guestion😊😊

      maro choufani, the taste will stay the same. The taste will only change a little bit of you bottle it.

      Ayinofu jennifer , once you open and let air into it, it is advisable to store in the fridge, and use it within some few days, else it will go bad.
