Can you make quinoa batter ahead of time and store it in fridge?
Hie! Yes, you can make quinoa batter 1 day before. It may ferment but it will give good taste.
From where do you have olives in India?
Hie! You can buy olives from supermarkets (D’mart or Reliance food stores) 😊

Quinoa is not Kuttu. Quinoa is Pseudocereal from flowering plant in the amaranth family. Just like Rajgira / Amaranth
Quinoa is grain, it's not farali so you cannot eat as farali
