The snowfalls of recent days has melted under the new moon and we are finally ready to turn another page in The Memoir.
This time we're greeted by the blissful beats of Toki Fuko who's sounds and work with his outboard gear has been inspiring us lately. His music can be described as "mechanical signals structured into a hypnotic substance".
"I always liked tactile music writing and I've always wanted to control the electric wave by using drum machines locking them into a chain. It was hard for me to get results with the use of virtual instruments which led to the purchase of my first synthesizer. As a result, it has become an experiment in search for new forms and a race for the best sound in order to achieve better results."
Recently this talented producer released a wonderful EP on Silent Season which is well worth checking out.
Without further ado, we invite you to take a swim through the silky sounds of Toki Fuko.
