Good day Sir Peter I'm just starting to try the Tiktok ads and I have created a campaign after one day it gets rejected because of lack of information in LP like the return policy and etc. my concern is regarding with the Business License. I don't have a BL because I am just starting out.
@@lilpunch2843 Just make sure you have all your privacy and legal policies out of the way, link them in the footer of your website, and add various things in your footer (company name, email, location, etc...) Then on tiktok you gotto submit ad review tickets
@@isaiahbucur The thing is man i got rejected for that reason but every privacy is in my footer it makes no sense. Should i just appeal my ad rejection?
@@lilpunch2843 If its tik tok yeah, just try to change one little thing and say you fixed the problem. You can appeal a hundred times for tik tok, they're cool about it Facebook is trash, its basically two strikes you're out
Hello friend, I'm from BRAZIL, I'm having a problem advertising on tiktok. My ads are rejected for this reason: The products/services displayed on the landing page require more information to be disclosed. I've done everything to try to fix it and it doesn't work, what could it be? Thanks.
A month ago I paid to have one of my Tiktok vids promoted. Tiktok deducted the funds from my account and shortly thereafter I got a message saying the vid in question wasn't approved for promotion as it featured a "prohibited industry". What this industry might be, Tiktok wasn't saying. Nor have they yet refunded my $$$.
this happened to me too but it wouldn’t tell me the reason so i reposted the video and promoted it and it approved but not even a minute later it said the promotion ended and nothing happened but they still took all my coins away, i had to call apple to get a refund it was a mess
thanks for the explanation! one question, i am australian but living in thailand (south east asia), is that means I can not run tiktok ads to target audience in australia since tiktok lock my current location (thailand)? i have been asking around and some people told me i just need to use vpn and put my austalian sim card on my phone, please advise. thanks!

I am trying to sell used (second hand) mobile phones that are genuine brands like Iphone / Samsung etc. However, the branding part of creating the add is rejected as I use Samsung or Iphone in my product title. How do I get around this as I am not an authorized reseller of these brands. Do I use my company name as a brand and register that as a brand/trademark?
My problem comes back as “language” I have an English language site, this is my business but I live in Spain. Do I need to have the site in Spanish, coz this defeats the object?

@@cooldesigns2456 i figured it out. make sure the ad is only going to tiktok and not the other 2 sites. when u make ur campaign you choose manual or automated. chose manuel and chose only tiktok ads
