    My opinion is that this is the most comprehensive demonstration that I have ever seen. An excellent demonstration and explanation of the essentials.

    Traditional Chinese martial arts (Wu Shu) are good for exercise but useless for self-defence or for the battlefield! This is because most of the effective combat techniques and training methods have died out with the death of the old masters! The old masters were very selfish and always held back many "secrets"! Nowadays, traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi have degenerated into another exercise! Like Aikido, Kung Fu is now a part of Chinese culture and is usually practiced as an art form and exercise for health.
