Thanks! This video saved me from buying a new trimmer. The motor got totally stuck and I disassembled the trimmer but didn't find a way to detach the line casing from the motor. Your instructions showed me everything I needed! So the line casing simply had threaded connection to the motor. 👍🏻
Perfect, thank you. The black protection guard has a screw and a yellow tab to push back before it can be taken off, then just follow this video by removing six screws and then tilt the top open. Well done.
Does anyone have any advice on how to stop long grass getting into the motor housing and clogging the motor? It happens to me mostly when I am using the blade cutters rather then the string cutter (because the grass is rougher and longer). There appears to be a design flaw?
Hi. The red wire has become detached on my strimmer motor like that. If I could get into it I could fix it. Do you know if I can get into it or fix it with a hack? The motor is working fine.
My head actually fell off within the first use. I don't know how they fubared it but mine isn't a reverse thread and there was no lock nut or anything so obviously that head is gonna spin right off. No mechanism to lock the engine to even tighten it back on. Can't believe they expect money for a product that wasn't even manufactured correctly
I do agree will include that ..believe me this was my first video ..as I had hard time myself to figure out how to fix and remove all stuck grass couldn’t find definite video ..but found one video which covered what I was looking for ..so I thought let me make closer version and upload ..but yes I do agree voice factor is important lesson learnt .thanks for your feedback much appreciated ..it’s amazing feeling to see so many responses ..never expected ..thanks community 👍
Please no. Every chatty guy in a video like this makes me want to just walk away. "Hi guys, today we're going to...". I can read the description. Frankly, this doesn't need to be a video. A series of labelled images is all that's required. Not everything has to be "content" with personality. I'm having what is likely the worst day of my life so far, and I just need to know where to stick the wrench. Show me a picture, be a bro and share the info, I'll give you your engagement, but having to watch a video at all is just painful
Thank you. This is the only video that shows how to do remove this damn head assembly. You defeated even the chatgpt. :-)
