Miss World Trinidad & Tobago 2022 OMG INTERVIEW | Aché Abrahams

Team OMG sits for an exclusive interview with Aché Abrahams, has been crowned the first-place winner of the Miss World Trinidad and Tobago Pageant Competition 2022. The final competition took place on Sunday at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port-of-Spain, where Aché topped 16 other candidates who were also competing.
For the last eight weeks, all 17 candidates were exposed to rigorous training sessions, workshops, photoshoots, sub-competitions, interviews, guest appearances, and their meaningful Beauty with a Purpose humanitarian-based projects.
Abrahams topped the MWTT Fitness Challenge, sponsored by the Fitness Centre, the MWTT Photogenic Award, sponsored by Salon Essentials and the MWTT Digital Media Ambassador, sponsored by Alma Spa, putting her in a prime position to capture the crown.
The other sub-competition winners were Miss Arima Jemima Pierre, who topped the MWTT Top Model Competition sponsored by Toyota Trinidad and Tobago, Miss San Juan Savannah Sandy with MWTT Beauty with a Purpose and Miss Carenage Mystia Mulzac, with MWTT Talent Competition sponsored by D Rampersad and Company. Miss Claxton Bay Janelle Pirmal was awarded the People’s Choice candidate.
Charu Lochan Dass, National Franchise Holder and Pageant Director, said it was also a proud moment for her and the organising committee. Pageant Creative Director and trainer Richard Young noted that each of the 17 candidates was unique in their own way, and he believed they would go on to become extremely successful in their careers and respective fields.
