STRAWBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE DELIGHT RECIPE

Strawberry & White chocolate is a Strawberry icecream ball with Strawberry Jam centre, coated with White Chocolate and Chopped Almonds, placed on bed of Vanilla Sponge.
Ingredients
For Icecream:
Heavy Cream - 1 cup
Sweetend Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Strawberry Puree - 1/2 cup ( can use 1 cup depending on your preference)
For Strawberry Jam:

For Coating:
White Chocolate - 200 grams
Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup
Chopped Almonds - 1/2 cup
For Vanilla Sponge:
Milk - 2/3 cup
Vinegar -1 teaspoon
Flour - 1 cup
Baking Soda -1/3 teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Sweetend Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
