I was watching live and was shook because the judge was doing a pretty good job up until that point. Then boom screw the evidence. When he turned off emote only after deliberations, that was the 1st thing I brought up. He said "that's not what I said at all." lol (4h10m45s-4h11m00s) He literally talked the other judge out of all her not guiltys by bending the current law to close every loophole Koil found, thereby temporarily making new laws, only for this case, until its put on paper. Didn't think you could charge/sentence someone for legislation that doesn't exist yet. He also mentioned at one point that if this was more than 1 person doing this, they would have no choice but to agree and also refund all fines for crimes done up north for the last 6 months(that is the paperwork). Completely contradicting what he said while reading the verdict.
Los Santos is the city, San Andreas is the whole of the island as well as some additional islands in the surrounding area. This would also include Blaine county and paleto bay.
