It varies from athlete to athlete. We typically meet three times per week for workouts. We specialize from 800 meters up to the marathon so volume and mileage vary greatly amongst athletes. Many of our athletes have Strava accounts that are public that you can view specific workouts or weekly mileage totals if you are curious.
