Hiw does one take measurements for bubu gowns on a client body. Do you take the measurements fitted and then add enough allowance to make it free on the client or you take it loose with enough allowance and use it like that. Eg the client hip is 36 inches, do you take the measurements on the boy as 46 or you take the exact 36 and add enough allowance when cutting to make it free as bubu should be for bot fat and slim client. Pls I'll like to know
