It is a Stand alone power unit. Sawmill, generator, water pump and maybe 🤔 even marine applications. With open exhaust it wouldn’t be marine. Clutched chain drive leads me to think most likely a sawmill. A generator or pump would more efficiently be mounted on the power unit itself .
