Yeah, I’m a 78 year old fan boy that can’t tell you how much I enjoy you kids! Say what you will about the Internet, but your visits make me laugh, smile and warm my heart. (And forget about aches, pains and Doctors) I’m sure there are thousands of others that feel the same way. Love from us!
Just love looking at the inside of your boat! The way you chose to lay it out and design the storage is just fantastic. It now looks so organized and neat without “stuff” in view. Great job guys.
Correct 😊 Every time you see Larry’s exception lamination of the bulkhead, cut-off mast gasket bolts … everything. It was just a STUNNING refit. Think the same every time I watch … and so far, nothing is coming adrift 😊
Hey Matt, try moving your electrical access door hinges to the left side. Then it can swing out of the way and still give you access to the outlet and booze locker. And you will still have clean lines without the outlet showing when the door is shut. Love your channel! You and Kristen are killing it!!! -Greg
85 & still alive. The misses & I enjoy ur videos every Sunday am. Had a small sail boat when we were younger. It was always r favorite. Keep on sailing on.
Gotta say love the tunes you choose with the video. This comes from an old rock and roller. They match the scene you're filming at the time and makes the video really enjoyable to watch. I found you while recovering from a serious motorcycle accident 31 months ago. You kept my spirits up while i went through hell in recovery. 31 months later I lost my battle trying to save my right leg and had a below the knee amputation on the 10th of Jan. This is not about me but rather how you bring joy and happiness to me watching these videos.Keep having fun and I'll consider myself a virtual crew member. Was a sailor for 22 years but a different kind of sailor. Glad the pizza was great and look forward to your adventures!
Congratulations on following through on your dreams of sailing. Y’all have had a lot of adventures and accomplished a lot of tasks, it sure beats sitting on land dreaming about it.
Yes this is so true! Life is meant to be LIVED and these two sure are living it! We recently bought a 44 ft sailboat and are currently on our circumnavigation around the world. We dreamed it, and we are doing it!
Just have to say Miss Kristin you looked even more Beautiful than ever in this episode! It's like you were glowing!! Having texted that I also feel the need to mention, Matt U Da Man!! & a lucky Man @ that. Rock on!
when you've decided to live a lifestyle that puts you in a position where facilities or transportation or product availability is limited, you are in a situation where most people are NOT comfortable. you learn to roll with the punches, plan ahead and sometimes do without. ...not for everyone. :) personally, i love it!
I am a 76 year old retired Truck driver after 41 years. If there had been you tube back then I would be a sailing ohbo are dead..ether way would have been better than 41 years in a truck dealing with A-Holes at almost every load Love your videos!!! ps. Talk to Sailing Doodles. He has been all over the Caribbean
Love your show for the last 2or 3 years! I truly enjoy your life! Even as a power boat guy! Don't give up your dream life until. You get enough of it ! If you ever do? Mahalo
It really does take a spirit of adventure to set sail and follow your dreams! And Matt and Kristen are crushing it! We are just starting our adventure and we feel like we are on top of the world!
You two are an inspiration for me! Thank you so much for doing what you do! You make my miserable and boring life so much better. I learned so much from you two and saw so much places, I am so grateful. Wishing you two nothing but the best and a calm sea as well. I can't wait to see other places you two are going and adventures you are going to face. What a incredible life you two have and what mind boggling life story and life experience. Just plain WOW! Best of wishes from Bosnia and Herzegovina. ❤️❤️❤️❤️💪💪💪🇧🇦
Love your banter and exciting adventures! Good on you for staying away from all of the crowds too. That pizza Did look great, especially that “Big Kahuna”!
I’d recommend Anegada! Rent a Moke, tear it up exploring the island, then fill up on lobster pizza at K.G’s! Good luck spotting a flamingo, those suckers have mad hide n seek skills. Love watching your adventures!
Great video as always guys. We love the channel We are rolling on our sides listening to you describe how boat life is not for everyone. How terrible you have it ordering pizza in Xmas cove. To put that in perspective, we are in our mid 60s, when we started we had paper charts, wind and weather forecast were only when you were in port. Ice boxes were the best you got on a boat unless you were rich, you got beer cold by putting it in a bag and tying it to the side of the boat. Cell phones and email.did not exist you pulled into a port and had your mail forwarded to you. Customs came to your boat and searched it as full timers were suspected to be smuggling. Yes guys boat life is not for everyone as your water maker can break, and you may have to drink stale water like they did 30 years ago. Fun stuff guys, we love the channel.
Being back out there on the water is great!! I do enjoy seeing more of the island when you're at a stop. There's a lot of pretty stuff to see. Take your time and show some of it. Both the islands and the water
Glad to see you get some time with your dad. Sure wish I could take my dad out on my boat, but I lost him four years ago. You two are the best and I think you will love the other islands even more as you keep going farther (or further). 😃
You two are adorable! I've been subscribed and enjoying sailing adventures via peeking out from your pockets since before you painted the bottom. Thank you so very much; stay safe and here's to the next adventure. Big HUG
Kristen, when are you gonna decorate that interior? Or are you still enthralled with the new interior? You got style & taste, I'm waiting to see what you do with it.
Tacking Tommy got it done like a true captain! Clipping Kristen made one little mistake and shouldn’t be embarrassed. Question, does pops have a channel where his adventures can be watched? Keep the great videos coming!
Capt Phil Kerber here from the Research Vessel RV Preservation. It's our off-season up here in the cold country of the Midwest. I am a bit gealious in my own way that you both are living your dream. That is totally AWESOME! Even though I enjoy the life of a Captain on a research vessel, I thoroughly enjoy viewing your You Tube Channel which I can explore the warmer waters of the Caribbean through you fine folks. Hopefully one day I can escape the cold waters of the Great Lakes and sail around the much warmer waters like many of you cruisers. I will always live precariously through you watching the life of sailing and cruising. Have a great time sailing and enjoying your waterly life. BTW, I just returned from a week long snowmobile trip around International Falls Minnesota. That's how I handle the cold and snow. LOL! Take care and be safe out there at sea.
Thanks for sharing!! Enjoy watching your videos!! Pops is absolutely precious!! Nothin like a Pops and Ma’s!! And let me say he’s a fine lookin Pop’s at that!! Keep on keepin on y’all n Pop’s!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It's great to see you pulling strings and putting the sails to work! During the time without a reliable motor no doubt you became much better sailors. Nothing like sink or swim to hone skills! It looks beautiful out there. Enjoy!
BVI cost us a lot through customs as is another country. May want to check that out before going. Was lovely but didn't expect such a cost and only took credit cards at that time. Just an fyi.
Hey great job hosting Pops. He looked so skinny when he showed up, He looks more fit and a few more pounds, looks like he got the love he needed. I am sure it means a lot to him. It is great to see a son honor his Dad. You see all the crazy now, we had that too back in the days of your Dad. We grew up with graphic war as a steady diet on TV and we new WW2 was very recent and they did not let us forget it. The depression of the 30s, We knew life can get hard even if we did not live it. We may seem paranoid were not we just keep finding out the things we did not know at it is worse than you think it could be yet we find a way through it. There is a God. Good one really liked it. Those drone shots were so nice, it is prettier from up high.
You know you don't have to take cold showers if you don't want to. I've seen solar water heating bags with attached spray-hose for less than $20. So long as you have good drainage you can shower in the cockpit or take it inside after the water is heated up. Just a thought.
the new dodger windshield is awesome interior needs a splash of color small abstract contemporary art on bulkhead ( tape hung ) aye mate ya'll actually sail on this channel👍
Interesting ep....just bought a 30' to singlehand...and the USVI is definitely on my mind...once I get re aclimated to sailing after 40 years...hopefully...mid 2024
BVI is crowded and the anchorages are busy. Get yourselves a US Parks pass and spend some time in USVI. Francis Bay, Waterlemon, Lemashure etc. When your ready to leave check into BVI at Sopers Hole then explore Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Cane Garden Bay. Then back to the Francis Drake Channel over to the Pelicans, Norman Island, the Caves before continuing east up to the Baths and Virgin Gorda where you jump off for Sint Martin. I might pass you going west from Antigua.
Dam Kristen! I've never seen anyone more excited for pizza. Yo matt. You're dad seems like the og Florida man. Love it bro. Y'all crack me up every week.
Matt you want easy bread, look up Australian Damper, the traditional recipe is only 3 ingredients (self raising flour, salt & water) but there are variations, it was traditionally cooked over a campfire by people traveling so it's a very simple bread you should be able to cook on the boat.
go to willy t's nice quiet anchorage and a fun bar boat. then sail up to Anagarda see the Flamingo's and fantastic deserted beaches. the BVI is much quieter than the USVI.
I just checked to see what boat you sail. It's a Cherubini Hunter! While Hunter is not the most respected builder, Cherubini designs are exceptional in performance. I might not want to take a hurricane in deep water. But I do want to experience the performance of the Hunter 37. I regularly walk past a Beneteau 37 with a Cherubini Hunter 30. But that may speak more to the ability of the Beneteau owner. I really love what you are doing with this boat.
instead of drinking warm drinks, have you ever thought of hanging a bottle over the edge into the cold ocean water. may not be freezing cold but it will not be warm. it takes maybe 15-30 minutes. great episode.
the biggest thing is activating your yeast. Warm 90 degree water add yeast and tsp of sugar to feed the yeast. once you see it bubbling it is ready to add to your flour etc. then fold it many times put in bowl and let double in size. usually you make 2-4 loaves at a time. A yeast beer can add flavor also. just use beer instead of water but again 90 degrees F. for yeast.
Mate - making bricks? Get an oven thermometer to check your oven is getting as hot as you think it is. They are just a few bucks. I was making bricks too - turned out my new oven was 45F cooler than what the digital display said. Easy enough to adjust for when you know.
When you get back to PR check out Rincon. World-class surfing and great snorkeling. And my favorite bar on the entire island, the Calypso Bar. You can see Mona Island from the patio. Lotsa old surfer ex-pats.
Touch'e Gary..WeLL SaID!!..🆒💙!!
💯
Right there with you Gary, cheers Bud!
Totally agree they are good people with big hearts
I just wish they would get a windless . My back hurts just watching Matt pull up the anchor . Years from now Matt will agree .
Great video! My love and I are 80. You are living my dreams.Bless you both.
It’s an interesting juxtaposition of the clean minimalist decor against the backdrop of their colorful personalities.
Great couple.. also like being by our self..
Love seeing Bear out there with you when sailing she’s living the life also !
That was a great shot! Almost thought they got a second cat.
Hey Matt, try moving your electrical access door hinges to the left side. Then it can swing out of the way and still give you access to the outlet and booze locker. And you will still have clean lines without the outlet showing when the door is shut.
Love your channel! You and Kristen are killing it!!!

By the way the floating Pizza BOAT...........GENIUS!!!!!!!
85 & still alive. The misses & I enjoy ur videos every Sunday am. Had a small sail boat when we were younger. It was always r favorite. Keep on sailing on.
I can tell you really love your old man Matt...easy to tell how choked up you were saying good bye. Wish mine was still around.
Your honesty about Dad is refreshing. The love is there, but the “cut of his jib” is not the same as yours.
You guys videos are always entertaining.
Having pops onboard gave new meaning to Good, Bad & Ugly. 😉
Right on guys! It's good to see Kristan dancing , smiling and being happy over something like a pizza. Keep on keeping on guys, lov ya
lol. on the pause: NO!……….Problem.
Thanks!
Gotta say love the tunes you choose with the video. This comes from an old rock and roller. They match the scene you're filming at the time and makes the video really enjoyable to watch. Sorry to hear Russell. Best of luck with your recovery. Best wishes from an ex road racer and current MX'er from New Zealand!
Congratulations on following through on your dreams of sailing. Y’all have had a lot of adventures and accomplished a lot of tasks, it sure beats sitting on land dreaming about it.

personally, i love it!
Two old ladies trying to get the front parking spot at Walmart….. laughed for five minutes. Still laughing. So true.
🤣😂🤣😂
Love that thank you !!
I couldn’t/wouldn’t do that. I too like elbow room if not solitude. I’d have skedaddled out of there. 😊
I am a 76 year old retired Truck driver after 41 years. If there had been you tube back then I would be a sailing ohbo are dead..ether way would have been better than 41 years in a truck dealing with A-Holes at almost every load

We all have skeletons we learn to live with Kristen.... "Feed The Dream", LOVE IT Matt, it's what keeps you going and us coming back!
Love your show for the last 2or 3 years! I truly enjoy your life! Even as a power boat guy! Don't give up your dream life until. You get enough of it ! If you ever do?
Mahalo
All these years and y'all keep it fresh and real.
Pizza + Pineapple = really chocking for a real Italian ... 😊😊😊😊
Love the adventurous spirit in you both. May the wind be at your back and water beneath your hull!
It really does take a spirit of adventure to set sail and follow your dreams! And Matt and Kristen are crushing it! We are just starting our adventure and we feel like we are on top of the world!
Great video. I loved the "two old ladies in the Walmart Parking lot" quip. How cool---a pizza boat!
Bear looks relaxed on this trip.
Ham and pineapple is a match made in heaven!!
Love it when Kristen gets excited about pitza
You two are an inspiration for me! Thank you so much for doing what you do! You make my miserable and boring life so much better. I learned so much from you two and saw so much places, I am so grateful. Wishing you two nothing but the best and a calm sea as well.

That was so fun to watch. The joy of takeaway food when you have been at sea for a bit is soooooo real!!!!!
Matt, when you get a chance you should replace those u-bolts on your bimini with stainless.

Kick rocks dad 😂. You guys crack me up. Thanks for sharing your adventures!
You guys are my favorite channel- hands down!
Appreciate the parents 🙏
Thanks for a great show, you two. Enjoy
I’d recommend Anegada! Rent a Moke, tear it up exploring the island, then fill up on lobster pizza at K.G’s! Good luck spotting a flamingo, those suckers have mad hide n seek skills.
Love watching your adventures!
That drone shot after the pizza pick up... Awesome
Iove the idea of take out, boat to boat!!
Love that beat at 1:45. Had me jigging around with my headphones on.

The 'joys' of shit breaking down all the time.
To help out with the pizza tab I watched the commercials all the way through. Yea baby enjoy life! 🏝⛵️⚓️

Glad to see you get some time with your dad. Sure wish I could take my dad out on my boat, but I lost him four years ago. You two are the best and I think you will love the other islands even more as you keep going farther (or further). 😃
Enjoyed seeing Pops.
Really excellent video. Funny, entertaining, and Kristin’s enthusiam is uplifting.
Enthusiasm and a positive vibe can totally MAKE a channel! We love the positivity from Kristin too!
You two are adorable! I've been subscribed and enjoying sailing adventures via peeking out from your pockets since before you painted the bottom. Thank you so very much; stay safe and here's to the next adventure. Big HUG
It was nice to meet Mats pops. Sorry to see him leave. We hope we see him again.
Hi Bear.
Love a good hawaiian!!!!!!! Pineapple with the contrast of a good canadian bacon or ham is awesome!
Mats rant about his dad at the end was hilarious
Kristen, when are you gonna decorate that interior? Or are you still enthralled with the new interior? You got style & taste, I'm waiting to see what you do with it.
Glad your back on the move! Enjoy watching your channel.
Right on!
Great show. Congratulations on the new horizons. Looking forward to seeing the Dead Dalfin checking out St Johns...
Your dad's a real American!!!

Kristen, we don't think that was such a terrible fail. Anyone could have made that mistake easily! Loving the length of the videos lately!
BVI cost us a lot through customs as is another country. May want to check that out before going. Was lovely but didn't expect such a cost and only took credit cards at that time. Just an fyi.
When Matt had to Repeat Dead Dolphin the look you two shared.......SEE I TOLD YA!!!!!!
Was great!
I lived there in St Thomas for 8 months. I was the diving contractor on the airport renovation project in 83 - 84.
The Dead Dolphin boat name is fantastic. All you need is a really neat logo to match the name and get it on the side and stern of you boat.
pineapple with smoked ham is my favorite pizza topping!

I love you guys so much I turn off my adblocker when I visit your page to make sure you get the revenue,
Love you guys! And the idea of a "food boat" in the anchorage instead of a "food truck" is awesome.

Thanks guys! Your showing that it’s possible to enjoy life and sailing without a super expensive boat! Keep it up! Fair winds to you from Norway.
Thanks!! Glad u like our style
You got the right attitudes enjoy the future
The blue at 5:03! Living.
Matt you want easy bread, look up Australian Damper, the traditional recipe is only 3 ingredients (self raising flour, salt & water) but there are variations, it was traditionally cooked over a campfire by people traveling so it's a very simple bread you should be able to cook on the boat.
Thought I would be bored after the construction was done but you guys are great.
Hey I’ve said it before! “ you guys are great!” Always enjoy!! Thank you, keep it up!
So happy you replace the dodger. looks so much mire functional. $$$$$$ Lol
go to willy t's nice quiet anchorage and a fun bar boat. then sail up to Anagarda see the Flamingo's and fantastic deserted beaches. the BVI is much quieter than the USVI.
Love watching your channel! But would LOVE to see see more of Bear!!!!!!!!! 🐈 😊
Thank you for the video. I'm glad you had some good pizza. You deserve a treat.

Recommendation-Check out Maho Bay on the north of St. John’s. Probably mooring only, get there early. good protection.
I am a Canadian freezing his tail off in Scotland. Your videos always bring a smile to my face.
Soggy dollar bar! Love it!
Dead Dolphin is a cool name. You could always change the name to Spirit The Dolphin, or STD for short.
Love your channel! Keep up the great work!
Ha, I see you got some sunburn there girl. I loved your jumping Jack s 😎😎🇺🇸
