    Ingredients for Hungarian Goulash:
    1 kg veal/beef meat (leg);
    1 kg potatoes;
    2 bunches of fresh parsley, chopped;
    2 medium carrots;
    1 medium parsley root;
    2-3 stalks of celery, or 2-3 leaves of celery root;
    2 bell peppers;
    150 gr pepper paste;
    1 large tomato or 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
    approx. 1 liter of water;
    4 heaping tablespoons of sweet paprika (sweet pepper powder);
    3-4 large onions;
    8-10 cloves of garlic;
    1 level tablespoon of caraway seeds;
    50 ml sunflower oil;
    salt and pepper to taste;
    hot pepper paste, to taste (optional if you don't want the goulash to be too spicy);
    For dumplings:
    200 gr flour;
    2 eggs;
    1 teaspoon of salt;
