Why to add Shah Zèera,Bay leaf& Cinnamon at the end when we are adding powdered Garam Masla,can we skip it or put it initially in oil & saute it to get aroma .??
This one is the real recipe of our grandma and mom.. Nowadays the new "hyderabadi" qorma is something but not the real qorma. I feel annoyed when I see these new form of salans with the name of hyderabadi attached to it.

We generally put whole garam masala in the beginning in the oil not in the end. powder is added in the end. Plus bay leaves are not used..
