    Thank you! I hate that people in the film and animation community are creating a studio wars (it's console wars, but it's a film equivalent) to push their hate bias towards a movie they don't like. Can't we just watch movies that studios have to offer us without starting a culture war?

    I don't care for the evil mermaid/siren roots, but I am happy to see a new take on humanoid octopi seen as good, even if some have less than six legs. I suppose stylization is always neat. I hope we see them walk on land. I'm curious to see what the animation would look like.
    You could view sirens and mermaids as alternate races with one being good and the other bad.

    This movie is totally unoriginal, it pretty much copies the story of Turning Red and Luca, Ruby is more obnoxious than relatable, and the villain was painfully obvious 😑😑
