Thanks for treating food with respect.Unlike other bloggers who keep tossing the food all over again and again. Also love how you guys eat in reasonable bite size and gobble in big mouthful like a hungry ghost. Thanks
Hahaha we love food! I think it is a good tradition for the family to sit down to eat together at least for dinner. It is a good time to bond with the kids and catch up on our day. 😀
Will come to this place one day coz I like all the 3 types of food there. The place looks nice and clean for a kopitiam n I believe the food is tasty too. Must come with 2 others so we can share out and sample all 3! Small eaters😅. Thanks for introducing the place, coz always pass by but never thought of going in!
Oh please come bro... we have many Indonesian visitors here too. My wife has been to Jakarta and she enjoyed it... I hope one day I can visit Medan too. 🤩
Thanks for sharing, bro. Yea, the loh mee at Bee Hooi kopitiam is nice! Been a long while didn't go try already. If you happen to go there, can try to support the nasi lemak stall at Bee Hooi which is run by autistic kids.
I saw Auntie Maria sitting at the kopitiam while her sons cooking. Last time she is the one cooking the noodles, I guess she is passing on the skills to the next generation. I wish her good health and hope Penang people can continue to enjoy these wonderful noodles.
Yes, I used to frequent this place many many years back when I was staying in Penang and the Mee Goreng is even much better than some mamak stores. The wanton mee is also very good. You should try their sui kow. FYI, the wanton mee stall is now runned by Maria's sons (the 2 young chap there) and at 8.29, Maria (in the yellow printed blouse) is actually sitted at the front table!
Ya I see Auntie Maria sitting at the kopitiam, sometimes she does a few plates... hope her two sons take over the business for the future generations to eat! The Uncle who used to fry the mee goreng also passed away a few years ago. Now the wife and son took over.
This is one of the nicest family videos. The food in Penang is really good but maybe the food is too much on the carbo side. Do take care so that you don't gain too much weight. Every relative of mine who visits sure gain an extra 2 to 5 kg because Penang food is so good.
LOL You are right... I have gained quite a bit of weight making these videos! I guess I should really control myself a bit. Thank you for your kind words!
Oh really? I did not know that! I saw that there is a Penang food buffet in Singapore, and if you eat 10 plates of char koay teow in 30 mins you get a 2D1N staycation! Saw it on Zermatt's channel LOL
I like lor mee just as your daughter , no garlic no chilli , haha , but kena shoot by friend saying not authentic without any garlic and chilli. But sorry I still have my kiddy palate , no extra garlic and chilli for me😢
@@pishedbloke He is kidding la bro!. Please dont chase him away to ulu ulu town. He can comment in decent english means, cannot be uneducated and no comprehension of how important tourism is to this island. Should be his boyfriend recently dumped him for adding too much garlic to his Lor Mee. Have to be more understanding, no one to talk to and no more dirty dirty kissing anymore....
I see yall makan until I hungry . Cannot tahan, looks damn shiok....

Yes, his chendol is definitely better than the famous one in town. 3 times a year they are in Singapore for the Penang Hawker Fair at York Hotel.

Hahahaha aiyah just eat however it suits you! We should enjoy our food!
😅😊🎉 no bf..excuse me!😅😊
😁😁😁 My daughter didn't see this video yet LOL
Pls do not come to Penang and makes the hawker's food expensive. Pls eat quietly and do not share so much of the food.
What??? Hahaha I think maybe you can move to a cheaper town lah. Tourists improve Penang's economy, prices go up because of inflation. 😆
