The W4 iBus has a different voice. Or it may be Emma Hignett but I highly doubt it, it sounds like someone else. The real life announcement is the same thing. A few other announcements have the same thing, I can’t think of many off the top of my head but one that I do know is the 123, it has the same voice as the W4
