Paul Dirac, the great Quantum Physicist, once reporached a colleague for his interest in poetry. The colleague, baffled, asked why. Dirac responded: the job of a scientist is to take difficult things which nobody understands and make them as easily understood as possible, the job of a poet is the exact opposite. Case in point.
+chris latin you're kind of missing the point because Dirac made it in a slightly flippant way for the sake of. elegance. so the point is that poets, artists and literary types wallow in paradox and mystification whereas scientists try to achieve as much clarity and rigour as possible. Sometimes this rigour requires not saying anything where complexity bars knowledge. Case in point, your comment about "love" not being simple. To the extent we know anything about love it is simple. To the extent it is not simple, we don't know anything. In science, there is plenty that is known that is not simple. In the subject matter you mentioned, what is known is simple, and what is not known and yet still spoken about is mystification.

She is actually right right. The only thing is girls are born rich & boys are born poor. Girls look fantastic until they reach 30. Then they hit the wall. She was once rich but every year after she becomes poorer. Boys are poor, they have nothing but unlike girl he will work, he will earn & he will mature. When he becomes a man he will prosper while women flounder. A single guy in his 40s is rich, a single woman in her 40s is poor. Rich man can pick up 25 year old girl, 40 year old woman is neglected. Yes she does have a vibrator which is only a substitute. The richer the man becomes the more attractive he becomes to young women, the older the woman becomes the more society neglects her. Good luck to these future cat ladies, I hope as you become poorer you honestlhy believe it was worth it.
