I have a dream theory. *spoilers* and yes this is a stretch but I think it would be a cool idea. During Quackity's stream, Schlatt mentions multiple times about a Spanish book. While it did seem random and a joke he mentions that Mexican dream was unable to help him complete this Spanish book because him not knowing enough Spanish. Looking back on previous streams we know for a fact that Mexican dream does know Spanish. Did he forget when he died? no I don't think so. When dream killed Tommy he was utterly fascinated on how it worked, wanting to know every detail about it. While this is somewhat of a normal reaction I think its important. Its very likely that dream could've killed Tommy to test out the book to use it on himself. Now that doesn't make much sense but let me explain. I think dream has been killing himself repeatedly in the prison and pretending to be Mexican dream.(he plays off his death as the lava game) He is doing this to communicate with the dead in case he does need to bring them back. Especially Wilbur (who has been making a very suspicous and odd appearance and ghost bur that I don't quite believe is Ghostbur.) Now how would dream be doing this? Ranboo has mentioned many times recently about the enerwalk arg (arc) and I think that when dream is dead he is controlling Ranboo to revive him. Of course Ranboo doesn't know how to revive him, and we don't know much about ranboos character. We do know that Ranboo has a missing memory book (4) that is most likely not written in English. I think this is a copy of the revive book that only Ranboo can get to when in enderwalk. (another possibility is that dream retains knowledge and conscious of himself when controlling Ranboo.) My theory is mainly speculation but there are some factors we should include. Quackity posted on an instagram alt ( I think) some art of Mexican dream in the 'dead zone' with ender particles In the background. Who's related to the end? Ranboo (also Karl has that portal but yeah). Mexican dream looked lonely, tired and off in that image. Dream very likely has a god complex but another reason related to that is that dream had a plan to revive himself (him thinking he's basically immortal) in the first place but needed Tommy to test it out Now why was dream so terrified when Quackity threatened him with weapons? This actually makes lots of sense! We see that Tommy has become extremely sensitive to pain after being beaten to death by dream. I think that no matter how many times dream kills himself he takes a setback in what he can take mentally. he has become used to this repetitive method of pain to kill himself that not being able to end it and come back is somewhat frightening. He can't let quality kill him (he doesn't know for sure he won't) because then everyone will think he's dead for good and he will starve if he revives. He doesn't want people t o find out he can do this so that's why he's lying. If they find out they will kill Ranboo who is reviving him and dream will lose the ability to revive himself. So he has to do it in a way where he just looks like he's playing a sick lava game. Quackity visiting everyday and torturing him limits his capability to do this. I will also point out that dream is very upset about the clock being gone. Time works differently in the death zone and with no one else (like Tommy) to tell him how long he's been dead for, he can't keep track of time, therefore making things harder. What if Dream grabbed Quackitys weapon, and cut him with it, and the blood is his own. Dream didn't kill him because he heard how painful the after life is and doesn't want to send someone back, and that made him have mercy, or the other possibility, Sam came right when Dream was about to finish him off. The reason they didn't show this on stream is because, well, you cant just grab something out of someones hand in Minecraft.

This is going to come back and bite him. Torture can leave someone in Lunacy. While dream manipulated people he did not mind-break people and drive them insane. I think what this is showing is how people become more extreme and then the next person even more so. This torture will leave dream desolated but not dead and when he escapes he will become more of a danger because he most likely lost his mind.

My theory is that the Syndicate in their rescue mission Will walk in on quackity threatening Dream, and save Dream and question Sam why the hell they let quackity in, with weapons
Jschlatt and Quackity decided to gamble; if quackity wins, schlatt is never revived and works for him. If schlatt wins, quackity goes and gets the revive book to revive schlatt. We are never shown the gambling, but judging by the fact that quackity is trying to get the revival book and the gambling equipment in the last 2 seconds, I think it is safe to say that schlatt won.

Yes, i do think he might become a villian but not to everyone. Ever since he seen tommy come back to life, he was talking to him, and at the end he said "That green stupid son of a bi-" and left. So i personally thing that he will try to get the books knowledge and use it to also bring people back to life. Not only that, he was the main one to be sad/crying, but knew people can come back to life. Therefor i think he wants the knowledge for other safety, Specifically tommys. But slowly becomes a villian by protecting tommy to much.
Just a theory... Tommy and everybody else goes to visit Dream in the prison, but AwesamDude stops them and says only one person can go at a time. So they all kill AwesamDude and enter Dream's Vault. With them there's Technoblade who's drank an invisibility potion, and when they all go out after talking to Dream, Techno reveals himself and then tells Dream to revive Wilbur and Schlatt first. Dream does so and then all of them escape prison, and start a war, "The Pandorian War"... Thanks for reading my extra long theory that most probably won't happen 😊.

if you watched the hole steam he had a bet with schlatt,(you don't actually get to see this) if he one schlatt would have to go away for good, but if schlatt one quackity would have to revive schlatt so thats why he wants the revive book and that explains the gambling coins at the end.
I am going to say this cause I see no one talking about it. He probably wants to revive Schlatt because he most likely lost his bet with him (Probably the reason the poker chips where at the end of the animation). During the visit to the gym you hear them arrange a bet, if Schlatt won Quackity would have to revive him but if Quackity won Schlatt would have to be a ghost forever. Edit: Adding more information.

You are missing something. Quackity isn't getting the revive book to revive others because he wanted to, he lost a bet to Jshlatt. Look at 00:43:53 in the VOD
Theory: Quackity actually does want power. Back when he got killed by technoblade with a pickaxe, he kept talking ominously about plans, I feel like him and schlatt were making many experiments with immortality and reviving and that is what he was referring to, maybe someone else in New Lmanburg or El Rapids was helping him continue, now that's schlatt is back he just needs to get the information out of the book back. I think the reason why he is under the influence of schlatt is because schlatt is being manipulative, we have seen multiple times that schlatt and quckity flirt a lot and so maybe it's kind of like an abusive relationship, quackity knows it's bad but can't help going back to schlatt. Remember his plan to revive schlatt during the schlatt funeral? I think maybe a new group will be formed with the remnants of Lmanburg, El Rapids, and maybe with the assistance of Connor since he and Schlatt are close. Perhaps Wilbur will join this group. All of them being led by Jschlatt who will take over as the popular strongman dictator.

When glatt and quackity talked before schlatt died they gambled and if glatt won quackity will revive him and if quackity won glatt will do whatever he wants so the revival book is for schlatt and the gambling kit is a reference to that

Ya kinda angry about all the clickbaiting videos people are creating. Every title or thumbnail is "DID QUACKITY KILL DREAM ?" or just " QUACIKITY KILLED DREAM".....
Quackity is finally getting his own part in the dream smp he is about always in a storyline to help someone now he is going to actually about to have power and help him self
There is just soooo many events in the Dream SMP storyline and I think its just plain confusing.
My theory is that the Syndicate in their rescue mission Will walk in on quackity threatening Dream, and save Dream and question Sam why the hell they let quackity in, with weapons

Jschlatt and Quackity decided to gamble; if quackity wins, schlatt is never revived and works for him. If schlatt wins, quackity goes and gets the revive book to revive schlatt. We are never shown the gambling, but judging by the fact that quackity is trying to get the revival book and the gambling equipment in the last 2 seconds, I think it is safe to say that schlatt won.

I think maybe he's under the influence if the egg.
Here's why: The egg might want to bring someone back, someone that never died on the dream smp we know, like dream has book, egg want book, egg influence quack, egg get book, and revives someone, therefore adding another character.
This is just a theory, it'll be interesting if it actually is correct, idk I don't really have any proof for this tho

Yes, i do think he might become a villian but not to everyone. Ever since he seen tommy come back to life, he was talking to him, and at the end he said "That green stupid son of a bi-" and left. So i personally thing that he will try to get the books knowledge and use it to also bring people back to life. Not only that, he was the main one to be sad/crying, but knew people can come back to life. Therefor i think he wants the knowledge for other safety, Specifically tommys. But slowly becomes a villian by protecting tommy to much.

Just a theory...
Tommy and everybody else goes to visit Dream in the prison, but AwesamDude stops them and says only one person can go at a time. So they all kill AwesamDude and enter Dream's Vault. With them there's Technoblade who's drank an invisibility potion, and when they all go out after talking to Dream, Techno reveals himself and then tells Dream to revive Wilbur and Schlatt first. Dream does so and then all of them escape prison, and start a war, "The Pandorian War"...

Now we can say that AwesamDude was stripped of all his canan lives, and can no longer be revived as he was unwanted by everyone. After everyone's gone, Dream sees Techno and accepts his request. He has a lot of books in his chest, so the one given to the rest could've been a forged one and didn't work, and the real one was with Dream. So Dream revives Wilbur and Schlatt, and then....

Quackity lost the bet to schlatt and dream was the only one that managed to get his hands on it but since quackity lost the bet to schlatt and the bet was to bring him back to life
if you watched the hole steam he had a bet with schlatt,(you don't actually get to see this) if he one schlatt would have to go away for good, but if schlatt one quackity would have to revive schlatt so thats why he wants the revive book and that explains the gambling coins at the end.

I am going to say this cause I see no one talking about it. He probably wants to revive Schlatt because he most likely lost his bet with him (Probably the reason the poker chips where at the end of the animation). During the visit to the gym you hear them arrange a bet, if Schlatt won Quackity would have to revive him but if Quackity won Schlatt would have to be a ghost forever.

I hate how everyone is saying quackity is evil and stuff, I feel bad for big Q. He was always having fun and making jokes but then when everything got serious no one really respected him and it breaks my heart to see him like this. Quackity is good person I promise. Dream is the villain

1. For to use it for is own gain so anyone that dies can pay some money to quackity for revival basically Pay to revive
2. Dream rejects giving him the knowledge so he doesn’t get kill because everyone is keeping him alive because of that book
You are missing something. Quackity isn't getting the revive book to revive others because he wanted to, he lost a bet to Jshlatt. Look at 00:43:53 in the VOD
Theory: Quackity actually does want power. Back when he got killed by technoblade with a pickaxe, he kept talking ominously about plans, I feel like him and schlatt were making many experiments with immortality and reviving and that is what he was referring to, maybe someone else in New Lmanburg or El Rapids was helping him continue, now that's schlatt is back he just needs to get the information out of the book back. I think the reason why he is under the influence of schlatt is because schlatt is being manipulative, we have seen multiple times that schlatt and quckity flirt a lot and so maybe it's kind of like an abusive relationship, quackity knows it's bad but can't help going back to schlatt. Remember his plan to revive schlatt during the schlatt funeral? I think maybe a new group will be formed with the remnants of Lmanburg, El Rapids, and maybe with the assistance of Connor since he and Schlatt are close. Perhaps Wilbur will join this group. All of them being led by Jschlatt who will take over as the popular strongman dictator.
thing is, in the gym scenes we see Glatt and Quackity make a deal: they both play a game of poker, if quackity wins glatt is his servant in las navadas, and if glatt wins, jshlatt will come back. maybe quackity lost the game, and that's why he wants the revive book?
