      @@hamimommy If it's cold, wear light clothes and exercise to keep warm. It's great motivation and you sweat less!

    I don't understand why you go on a diet, you look great. However, it is good to eat healthy and that supposedly diet food, I find it delicious. In addition, exercise, even if it is only walking, is health in itself, and in that environment, a joy. Responding to the theme of breakfast, I am from the south of Spain, and the most typical thing here is toasted bread, in my case with a good jet of virgin olive oil, accompanied by a delicious cup of coffee. I have that breakfast practically every day. I love your videos, and I hope you are happy doing them, because you transmit a lot of peace.

    Lovely video, but as a studied nutritionist I can tell you that carbs from wheat, for example in noodles, is not basically evil. humans need carbs for functioning brains. a long time low carb diet is not recommended by most serious and qualified scientists. when losing weight, what matters is that you are eating less calories than you can burn throughout the day. one gram of fat has double the calories one gram carbohydrates have. heavy cream has lots of fat, starting from 30g/100g upwards. a meal with this much fat is not a meal that I would recommend for losing weight. Nevertheless I am a big fan of your channel and content, and the meals looked delicious.

      @@ishaagrawal3345 you should not do it without a specialist. You should have a blood test first. Losing weight doesn’t mean starve yourself because when you start to starve Yourself, your body is gonna activate “survival mode” to live, which means you’re gonna save every bit of calories you take, so you can’t lose weight in this situation. Your brain is gonna think that “I don’t have access food for a long time, I should store anything I have for now” so you start to gain weight when you eat so less.
      If you want to lose weight, you should eat low calori (3 main courses + 3 small portions like an Apple) and sleep regularly, excersize regularly. If your brain thinks “Oh, I am having what I need on a daily basis, so I don’t have to save these calories for the future” this is how you start to lose weight.
      I am food engineer by the way. We took both engineering-producing food classes and nutrition classes. Yet I don’t have a diation diploma so I never write a diet list for myself. I always check my blood and see a specialist. I lost 16 kg in 2013-2014 (from 76 to 60) I gained again more than this and I am still on a diet, I lost 22 kg in 2019-2020 (from 95 to 75 right now) So instead of gaining-losing weight, you should think about regulate your meals everyday to keep it in balance or you might end up like me. 🤣

    하미마미님 완전 날씬인데...!! 근데 저도 요즘 날씨가 추워지니까 고구마에 귤에 군것질이 엄청 늘었어요😭😭게다가 건강에 좋고 살 안 찌는 음식은 만들기가 왜 이렇게 귀찮은지...ㅠㅠ 인스턴트나 배달음식 매일 먹다 살도 찌고 돈도 잃고 😂ㅋㅋㅋ이 영상 보고 잠시나마 마음을 다잡아봅니다 ㅋㅋ

    영상 항상 잘보고있습니다~! 하미마미님 그 치아씨드 드실 때 꼭 미리 불려놓고 먹는게 좋아요ㅠㅠ 얘네가 수분 빨아들이고 부피가 커져서 포만감을 느끼는건데 그 과정을 위에서 바로 하게되면 속쓰림을 유발할수있거든요. 아님 먹고나서 물을 많이 많이 마셔야돼요. 꼭 한시간 정도 불리고 드시는걸 추천드립니다! 저도 모르고 걍 먹었다가 꽤 고생했거든요ㅠ.ㅠ

    As a 9th grader who studied biochemistry, dont focus on the carbs themselves focus on the lipids (fats) because they are not as important as carbs and protein. Carbs contain 4 cals per gram while lipids (fat) contains 9 calories per gram, low carb diet long term can also decrease your concentration level and energy unlike fat, and the heavy cream contains dangerously amount of fat even if it was a gram (1 gram=51 calories) so its best to stay away from fat. But when it comes to milk purchase full fat, because low fat milk contains lots of sugar and they are much more sweeter and unhealthier than full fat. Also I love your videos, they are amazing (honestly this is the most important life lessons we learn at school 😅 so much important ❤)

    I've found that the quickest way to become healthier is to eat traditional foods of whatever culture we're from. My family is Puerto Rican so most of our carbs come from plantains, we eat lots of fish, vegetables like okra, tomatoes, and Cucumber, and just about any tropical fruit you like. Of course, I wouldn't lose much weight eating tostones all the time XD

    I usually have two or three boiled eggs for breakfast. Sometimes unsweetened almond milk and some of my mom's homemade muesli. Sometimes I have oat porridge with lingonberries, but mostly it's boiled eggs. Every now and then I add two Brazil nuts, too.

    Mi desayuno es una tostada de pan con aguacate (triturado con un tenedor con unas gotitas de limón para que no se haga oscuro)
    Sobre el aguacate pongo a elegir: pechuga de pollo hervida o tomate a cuadraditos o salmón ...un café con leche acompañado por ti y tu preciosa familia a la cual descubrí hace poco y por eso que estoy viendo vídeos anteriores pero uno al día ☺️

    Tofu noodles? Never heard that before. But that pasta you made using the tofu noodles looks really yummy. I will try to look in the Korean grocery if they carry that kind of noodles. I really like to try what you just made in this video.

    It's a beautiful video and I respect your decision to lose weight. However, I'd like to note that many of the meals you've introduced are not actually conducive to weight loss. To lose weight, you want to consume less calories than you expend. In that light, if we take a look at the first meal you made, the wrap that you made in the first half of the video contained such a shocking amount of cream cheese (which is roughly 300 kcals per 100 grams) that the noodle hot pot dish you talked about in the beginning seemed to be a much healthier meal. In addition, while milk contains more vitamins and calcium than coffee, coffee is what I would drink while on a diet. Not only is it a diuretic, a cup of americano is roughly 15 calories, while a cup of milk is roughly 100 calories.

    chia seeds should be soaked in liquid before use and not used just by sprinkiling them on top of food like that :) studies have shown digestion problems with exessive amount of chia seed consumption and i cant imagine using them inproperly would do any good either :)
