Best time to buy mums + how long they bloom (fall perennials, tv, ut, home depot haul and more!)

I planted perennial mums last Fall, they were only about a gallon. They came back beautifully this year. they're huge, probably 3 feet across and all budded up! Side note, those mountains in the background in front of your house!
