The guy Viktor heals IS in the first season, his name is Huck. He's shown making a deal in episode one and when he's snubbed Vander comes in to set it right. In that scene he has dark grey/black hair and an absolutely despicable hairline. Then, he is shown leading Caitlyn to shimmer that can heal Vi and later betrays them and sells them out to Silco for more shimmer, during this scene he looks the same as he does right before he's healed. Kinda crazy Viktor can not only heal people but give them their og hair color and fix their hairline.
