when i read the title I'm like vlad really has no decency with this question, then i watched and realized Jamar opened the door for this question and much respect to the brother but no everyone should not be given a second chance to return to society. There was a man a few years back who killed like 56 teens and children i believe in one of those European countries, he will actually get out cause of their laws, they don't have a life in prison law and that's just crazy.

Well ... my question is: considering that we are all different, how do you determine when one is rehabilitated? some people might need 1 year after committing a very awful crime, some would need 10 years before showing any remorse ... yes, I guess 35 years in jail should be great among of time for whoever commits an awful crime.
